Following is our Response for the Complaint- ID [redacted] Date 10/24/Fideldy Bros Well Drilling drilled a new well to replace an old well that had failedCostumer had been without water multiple months prior to first contactThe new well was installed 8/31/New well was 62’ deep and only produced gpm at the install dateCostumer was notified that this well was not a high production well at this depth at the installOption was given to Costumer to keep this well and save moneyOr drill deeper and find more/better water, but this would cost more money Costumer made decision to use this well because they finically did not want to pay for a deeper well at original installCostumer used this well until 9/2/before calling us with issueFideldy Bros Well Drilling has stayed in contact with costumer about blowing out the well with air to see if the problem can be remedy for free, but felt like this was not an emergency since Costumer still had water When costumer is approached about redrilling well to a deeper depth, again costumer denies want to make payment on the additional depth onlyFideldy Bros Well Drilling Plans to try air development for solution of this complaint until further decision is made by the costumer Thank You [redacted] Fideldy Fideldy Bro Well Drilling ###-###-####

only produced 5 gpm at the install date. Costumer was notified that this well was not a high production well at this depth at the install. Option was given to Costumer to keep this well and save money. Or drill deeper and find more/better water, but this would cost more money.  Costumer made decision to use this well because they finically did not want to pay for a deeper well at original install. Costumer used this well until 9/2/2017 before calling us with issue. Fideldy Bros Well Drilling has stayed in contact with costumer about blowing out the well with air to see if the problem can be remedy for free, but felt like this was not an emergency since Costumer still had water.  When costumer is approached about redrilling well to a deeper depth, again costumer denies want to make payment on the additional depth only.
