I am an Internet Sales Manager for a Toyota Dealership. An Employee Cody McColl sent me some info about this company. During our follow up call on the information I told him that at this time we are not interested that we are happy with who we are with right now, and that we will not be adding. He then got very agitated said lets do a three way call with my current vendor and he will "shut them down" then when I said no we are happy and are not switching but if anything changes I would be more than willing to re-evaluate. He said no we are going to go to your competitor and use your website against us and hung up on me. I would never consider this company even if it was the only ones out there. So unprofessional and tasteless. I would recommend anyone who is looking to join to seriously reconsider these are not people you want to be giving money to, if you are ever upset about something more than likely they will just tell you that you are wrong and hangup on you.

Review: Failure to complete website building project for the Wild Rose Inn

On 12/3/12 I entered into a contract for Fidelis Marketing to build a website for my B&B, the Wild Rose Inn. The agreement included custom website development and monthly hosting for 12 months for a total amount paid of $895. At the time I signed the agreement I was told that the website would be ready in a few weeks. I have communicated via email and phone on numerous occasions with the designer and the account manager, they continualy promise to deliver but as of July 21, 2013 the website is still not live nor is it designed to our satisfaction. Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $895 as well as access to the domain that I purchased through Fidelis, thewildroseinnofgenoa.com.
