Late picking up my pickup cost of move was twice what they told me it would be

After looking for several days for a company to transport my Van I finally hired fidelity for the job. They were very informative and really helped me with the entire process of transporting my vanThe price they gave me was accurate and the van was delivered to me in a timely manner and in great shapeThe price I was given was higher than other companies but at the end the extra money was worth itI would like to extend my gratitude for all the professionalism and great service I was givenI would definitely use Fidelity auto for transporting vehicles in the future, thank you

very efficient and friendly, stayed in contact through the whole delivery process..greatly satisfied

Fidelity Auto Shipping quoted me a price and a date range. Per Fidelity, the date range that they provided was longer than usually given. They were unable to meet the date range they set and was unable to meet the price they quoted. When asked for a refund, they refused to refund 100% of the deposit given. One month later and with a higher fee (not to mention the fees I incurred for storage of the vehicle), they were able to deliver the vehicle. Absolutely Horrible!

Excellent service I have used Fidelity at least 5 times for my kids auto transport to Orlando for College as well as LA Door to Door excellent service and never have had any issues I would Highly recommend to anyone

I shipped two cars from VA to CA about a month ago.
The price was competitive, actually a bit under what
others were charging. The pickup and delivery went
smoothly. I am very satisfied with my experience with
Fidelity. [redacted]

My experience with Fidelity was nothing close to what they said it would be. I was told upon booking and paying my deposit it was going to be two days to get the carrier and three days after that for delivery. I booked and paid my deposit on 7/21/14 and was issued a contract stating 1st available pickup to be 7/21/14 thru 7/23/14 and nothing written or mentioned about a 2nd available pickup. I didn't hear from the carrier until Monday 7/28/14 that he would be at the pick up location and would meet the seller in a parking lot in town. The seller immediately called me upon arriving at loading point and told me that the carrier was a double deck semi with three cars on top and three cars on the bottom and had no room for my Harley Davidson. The carrier was planning to load it on a pickup truck he was already hauling. I paid good money for my own spot, and being a Harley Davidson, they were well informed that this wasn't any ordinary motorcycle. The carrier admitted that it wouldn't fit and it was 4 inches too tall to get under the overhead carriage of the double deck trailer with the pickup truck and motorcycle combined. I also believe that was poor judgment of Fidelity to even consider shipping the Harley Davidson in that manner. Just seems to show how incorrect and inexperienced they are. Therefore my Harley Davidson was left behind and never got delivered. I had the seller of the Harley Davison take pictures of the carrier's trailer so that I would have ample proof to send Fidelity of their inability to deliver. The following day, 7/29/14, I called [redacted] from Fidelity Auto to explain to her this unfortunate situation. No one was upset and she assured me that a refund was in order, so I told her that I was going to find another carrier. She also told me the carrier was to receive a negative rating by Fidelity Auto for their inability to fulfill their agreement to them. What about Fidelity's agreement to me? Well according to them, it was all my fault and no refund was going to be issued to me because I hired a more responsible carrier and they weren't given the opportunity to find one for me. A breach of contract was indeed broken but not by me. The contract was breached when Fidelity's carrier failed to provide the proper space needed to transport my Harley Davidson as requested. They failed to take responsibility on the carrier they hired. I did my part providing my deposit as they requested and they did nothing. Fidelity doesn't care if you have $20,000 sitting in a stranger's garage and feels nothing for its customers in helping provide a safe transaction. Therefore, Fidelity Auto is not for me.

I too encountered a similar experience with my wife's suv to be shipped from NY to AZ. Fidelity stated in the contract that pick up would be between 1/7/15 to 1/9/15. They NEVER called with any updates, I had to call them daily and was told every single time that their carriers were not going to AZ anytime soon; therefore, we would have to wait. Our suv was never picked up and we as of 1/19/15 incurred significant car rental expenses in AZ. We cancelled on 1/19/15 and it was at that point were told that we did not give Fidelity the opportunity to fulfill the order. Today is 1/26/19 and my wife is still renting a car. Fidelity only refunded us $900 and kept the rest as "booking and processing" stating that we broke the contract and did not give them the opportunity to fulfill the contract. The MANAGER of the accounting department was even beligerent and stated that we could sue them and that we are is for not reading our contract before cancelling. All this to say this is a HORRIBLE company to do business with. They are crooked, dishonest and irreputable. CUSTOMER BEWARE, this company is disgusting to deal with and not customer friendly once they have your money!
