I purchases a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible from this location on 5/26/2018. On %/25/2018 night Johnathon called saying the top was sticking on the bumper when they were trying to put the top up. I told him that I would still make the drive to Ohio to look at the car. When I got there we took a look at it and figured it just needed the bumper fixed. I drove the car back to NY State on a 45 day tag, thinking that this car went through a Ohio Inspection to make sure the repair was done correctly.; With in the first two weeks for having this car I contacted Johnathon about the top not working still and the alternator over charging in the car causing electrical problems. . We put a new one in and it worked ok for about a week. Then two months into having this car, it over heated and the started also went, replaced both parts. the radiator was so bent that the A?C unit fan was making a hole in it. Now I am having major issues with the convertible top not going up or down and getting stuck. So I decided to take it to collision shop to get a quote for repair., this is where the scam starts. I found out that this car has a broken frame in the back driver side of the car plus lots of damaged that wasn't fixed just cover up so people wouldn't notice. The repair cost to fix this car will be over $10,000 dollars to fix! I called again on 7/19/20018 around 1 and spoke to Johnathon again and he told me that I was barking up the wrong tree and that they wont do anything about it. He even said that the owner Ray G wouldn't do anything for me. This place is a scam and selling cars that are so bad and they wont stand behind what they sell. I paid $4,500 plus taxes and fees for the car and I want my money back. I paid $2,463.50 by a check and $2,500 by cash so they would hide it... total I paid was $4,963.50 and I want my money back and I will drive this car back to them.

At Fidelity Auto, we strive to provide the highest customer service possible. We take every consumer concern very seriously. In regard to Mrs. purchase of the 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, full disclosure was made to the fullest possible extent, including the vehicle's previous history as to the best of our knowledge. Mrs. was accompanied by her husband, who is a mechanic, and who owns and operates an automotive repair facility in the state of New York. On the date of purchase, the vehicle was fully inspected by him with the use of a car lift in the facility where we are located. He examined the vehicle for well over an hour. This was followed by a lengthy test drive of the vehicle. He and his wife were satisfied with the condition of the Sebring and determined that the Chrysler Sebring was worthy of purchasing. Mrs. was provided with a copy of the *** Vehicle History Report, along with all of the other documents related to the purchase of this vehicle. Enclosed are the documents signed by Mrs. that shows the vehicle was sold to her "As Is" and without any warranty from Fidelity Auto.

I almost never write reviews, but had an absolutely great and no-pressure experience at Fidelity Auto & trucks. They did not have the SUV I was looking for, but took time to listen and find the vehicle I wanted
The Infiniti they locate exactly what I wanted, Ray was enormously responsive and kept me posted at all points. When they acquired the SUV, the purchase process was incredibly efficient, as was the process of selling my old car. If you are thinking of
buying a car, Fidelity auto is definitely the place to go. Hope others will have the same pleasant experience.

This is the 3rd purchase from Fidelity Auto & Truck Sales in the past 20
years. Their process is very efficient and friendly, and of course there is NO pressure. I was out of town, looking for a car for my daughter after her car was totaled. I found a great value car I liked at Fidelity Auto, spoke to them and got the loan approved
and much of the paperwork done over the phone. When I went there, I was done in 10 minutes and they had the car ready for my daughter. Thanks Ray for making this a pleasant buying experience.
