Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all just because your records show something doesn't make it trueYou never sent me a letter for a settlement and when I called you told me there was no way you would consider a settlementI never discussed paying $a month I offered to pay $a month because that was what I could afford so your records are wrongI did file a fraud report on my credit file so you are wrong about that as wellAnd I filed a report with the FBI because of the amount so again you are wrong on all accountsBefore you talk to people this way you had better check your factsYou do call multiple times a day I have the call logs to prove itI don't talk to you every day because I feel like you treat people horrible and I will not be treated that way.? How many people will they get away with treating poorly before someone steps up and fixes the problemMy hope is the Vice President doesn't condone these types of activities and will put the necessary controls for handling customers properly in the future.
