I don't understand how any Afford-A-Car can get an A-?? They were falsely advertising $they must have gotten busted on that but their prices are still outrageousThey know most people who go there are short on funds or who dont have great credit so they charge extraThey are terrible people, I've only gone to the Fairborn lot but it was enough to know, I'd rather walk then deal with themBeware!!

I bought a car in November 2014 on black firday. A day after buy the vechile the transmision started shifting hard. a week later the the speedometer and gas guage stop working. I took the car back to afford a car in springfield ohio and they fixed the issue but tacked the bill to my payment so I had to pay the the damage. It was not fair to me since there selling the car way more then what its worth. The tranmission in the car is messed up. It dosent hold a steady tempature... So sad my first experience of buying a car has to be this way..

I have done business with afford a car in Moraine for a very long time and have paid off a van in the past with no problems. It was only because I absolutely had to return for another vehicle that I came back, but NEVER again. This week I am simply trying to pay off the balance and get the title process started and it has turned into a nightmare. I had fallen behind at the end of last year and in January called the manager to ask how much I owe on my account to bring it up to date... I paid every dime. I also asked an associate , and verified again with the manager when my last payment would be and they both said in May 2014. So my payments were made and May rolls around and there was an additional $266.00 due to pay it off. The manager couldnt clearly explain where this amount came from and it sounded very shady to me, but we didn't have that much additional so we were planning to pay it this week and get our title. So, now, the new amount due is $351.00????? How and where did that come up? The manager said he was looking at the wrong screen, but how could I possibly have another full payment due??? The manager has been difficult to get a hold of, is not returning my phone calls, and keeps saying he needs to talk to corporate to work it out. Today is my due date and I can't even get the right amount that needs to be paid so I can take care of this. The manager said to me that the large payment I paid at the beginning of the year didn't cover late fees and that they were separate .. he said he would have never told me it was all caught up, only brought up to date...Is there a difference that I somehow missed????? This is a bold face LIE!!! If any fees are added to this last payment which is due TODAY, I will be seeking a resolution from the Revdex.com or my attorney. I have no idea what I should do when I can't get a straight answer for how much I need to take in today to get my title processed... I am now waiting for a call back from the manager as he may be able to make "some adjustments". If this is handled appropriately, I will make sure that it is noted with the Revdex.com.
