I am so happy I went with Fidelity Home Energy for my solar projectThey had the best presentation and product out of most of the companies I spoke with and they had a lot of options to work with my budget without taking away from the qualityThank you *** for helping schedule the consultation you were a pleasure to speak with

My problem is that the company who constructed the solar panels on roof of my house is Fidelity Home Energy and the total amount of the contract was already been paid offBut the problem is that the Fidelity Home Energy is charging my bill yearly of $1,( ***) *** *** ***I have been calling Fidelity Home Energy so many times but they never answer my callI want them to stop this ridiculous charges on my bills

Watch out with this company!!! After almost two years from the signing date and three failed inverters later we just now actually have a working system they charged us $80,for The installation was so poorly done that the county made them redo the entire system from the bottom up, that was our first year with them We have spent hours contacting both PG&E and Fidelity trying to move along all the variance requests made by PG&E to get our system approved for operation First off, how can such a large company not install such a large system correctly the first time? Second their team members have been un-responsive, un-knowledgable, full of empty promises and overwhelmingly stressful Overall it has been a very expensive and very bad experience

Fidelity Home Energy for us was a very good company to do business withMy sales repwas very good in explaining to my wife and I about solar energy and how it could save us money in the long runHe also explain the size of system we would need to cover our yearly electricity use and the different payment option we could pick fromAll in all it was a very good experience with Fidelity Home Energy and I would recommend them to all my friendsGood Job

Fidelity just completed the installation of our solar panels and it was an effortless experienceWe were notified every step of the process including when he got the final approvalThey made it hassle free for us to go through this process

We purchased a solar system for our old house and during the sale of this home, we discovered that around April of 2017, the solar system stopped working I contacted *** *** *** for repair and requested compensation for the overpayment in utility bills we paid for missed production of the solar system My daughter was helping me with this issue and had been in contact with *** *** ***'s Customer Finance & Relations Manager, *** *** Per an email from him on 5/17/18, he claims to have mailed a Resolution Proposal letter and Resolution Agreement, but I never received it Subsequent attempts to contact to him via phone and email resulted in no response from *** nor anyone else at *** *** *** My daughter has reached out to *** *** *** times since February of this year

We really appreciated, and were even in AWE of, FidelityThey sent *** *** to consult with us, and he gave us an entire afternoon because we had so many questions, and because he was kind enough to help us with our financing the solar panelsWow, such great attention to detail, real and cordial listening, and patienceAfter our extremely prompt installation (within a couple of days of city permit acquisition), *** has stayed in touch by calling us, and has been willing to help with, again, even the smallest detailVery impressive customer service! We are looking forward to being ecological, saving some money, and welcoming our future more warmlyHighly recommend Fidelity and *** ***

I have nothing but positive, laudatory comments about Fidelity Home Energy Energy Specialist *** *** explained the system as well as my many options in great detailHe was able to answer ALL of my questions and I was very comfortable with my purchase The installation was flawless!! It was done quickly and efficiently by knowledgable technicians Once they departed, you couldn't tell they'd been there...absolutely NO mess left behind I'm able to monitor the efficiency of my system through provided innovative software on my smart phone *** *** remains available to answer any questions I have along the way In the beginning, I was not sure that solar would be a good fit for me...now, I wonder why I waited so long!

Just had our solar panels installed less than a month ago so I cannot rate on the quality and efficiency of the solar panels, yet As for Fidelity's service, we had a pleasant experience working with solar sales agent, *** *** He was very thorough, patient, and honest, always return our texts; and no pressure or pushy Overall, our experience working with *** and his colleagues-*** at office and field installation agents-was very pleasant 5-star for their service

Q I told my aunt to to tell these people calling her and to stop because I was so busy she put herself in situations being elderly she was a victim of panels and almost loosing her home she been paying *** with solar on her home and still paying on panels RIDICULOUS! Being the P O A has put a lot on me because I stepped into a lot that I have to carry on after
when I was walking out the door house phone was ringing a young lady by the name *** who started speaking fast but when I asked her to slow down and what did she won't because the owner is not available I was running late to work.Still Very Briefly explained she has energy efficient resources&programs I really didn't won't to tell her come out so soon but I knew I was off and could get actual help face to face I said why not I thought to myself MY AUNT IS OLD this IS A BAD CHOICE we did get great information and BY THE WAY WE NO LONGER OWN A *** BILL WHEN SHE SAID THEY CAN HELP IM JUS GLAD I LISTENED THIS WAS THE GREATEST DAY Fidelity took a lot off my SHOULDER Personally you have to wanna save to go solar so beforehand Go Fidelity and think of how they help me keep my future GO SOLAR !!!!

Fidelity Home Energy staff is out of this world, I had a chance to talk to about different individuals and they were all super nice, extremely knowlageable, and incredible pleasant, they were also the best value and extremely efficient, I met with them on Monday and they installed the panels by friday on my roof which I was told by another company that they could not install solar panels onEdgar is also very knowlageable and pleasant with helping meThanks a lot guys*** ***

This was the easiest and most efficient process we've ever been through With the help of *** ***, it was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a contractor *** was both professional, very knowledgeable and always available for questions *** was the best!!!

We have had many complaints with this companyThe service that they provided us with after the contract for our solar panels was signed was at the very least the worst customer service from any companyThere poor communication skills, especially during the process of going over the contract, made me realize that the service that the company is providing lacks proper customer service skillsDuring the process of going over the contract the company's representative only gave us an hour to look over and sign the contractWe had requested a copy of the contract since they had said that we would still have days after signing it to cancel the contract if we chose to do so, but they failed to provide us with a copy of the contract within the days not even allowing us the opportunity to be able to reread and possibly cancel the contractDespite voicing our concerns to the company they were still not able to provide us with the proof that they indeed had sent us a copy of our contract

Fidelity representative *** *** presented the state of the art solar panels and explained the different ways to get loans, explained in full detail how the solar panels work, he was knowledgeable and professional Fidelity Home energy has a great support staff and services, it was a pleasure meeting the representative
