My concerns and objections remain the same as those listed in my earlier emails.  I am not satisfied with Fidelity's response and they have not resolved my issues / concerns.

Fidelity’s practices and policies regarding fees on this account are deceptive, without notice, and only serve the purpose of draining an account held in cash.   I believe this is a fraudulent business practice for an account with medical funds meant to last through retirement; with Fidelity’s fees, the account would be drained to zero by retirement just because of fees. I am only asking for the recent fees to be refunded totaling $60, a reasonable request, so that I may find another provider who does not charge fees for a cash account.

 This is in response to the complaint logged against fidelity investments. They never replied directly to me as they claimed they would in the link I received.I therefore reject this response. It was no response at all. I would like an actual response from this company as it appears they are stealing my 250,000 dollars. Thank you, please help me to get and actual response as they claimed they would give.

 Fidelity has not provided any resolution which is satisfactory, they have defrauded me $100 and the evidence is on a recorded call. When they send me a check for $100 for the fraudulent information they gave me which resulted in a $100 fee than this case can be closed. Fidelity continues to give the run around and nickle and dimes their customers which is not right.
