Estate escrow check was sent to ***. I need email or letter stating such due to address is escrow address not estate home address.
The late *** died on ***. His house was sold in ***. This company sent an escrow check to *** in *** (which is *** years later), why so late????? I have written numerous emails to this company in *** and *** to get a letter/email sent to me so I can claim this escrow check. I have not rec'd any response to this inquiry.
I would like to receive a letter emailed to me stating that the Title companies address is for whom and not ***. I would also like an explanation as to why the estate attorney or myself was never contacted from *** to *** concerning this estate check. I also would like a letter of apology for this inconvenience.

I am requesting an additional two week extension on the deadline to file the Company's response in the above-mentioned case. The Company is still reviewing its records for more information about this matter. I have asked the complainant to contact me so that I could learn more information about this complaint, but I have yet to hear back from the complainant. As such, I still lack the information necessary to form an adequate response. If granted, the new proposed deadline would be ***.
