Dear ***, Following is our response to complaint # [redacted] The reason why it appeared that we were not being responsive is due to the fact that we had very good reason to suspect that the person contacting us was neither the owner of the account, nor an authorized representative of the owner This was due to the fact that although the one who was contacting us on behalf of the owner kept on telling us to close the account, the account was still being used and transactions were being conducted on a daily basisThis was after our repeated directives to the caller that they should cease using the account in order for us to close itEven after they sent in an official closure form stating that they no longer wish to process with us and want to immediately terminate the account, they still continued using the accountAs of this week, the account was still being used, and we can supply documentation of this if necessaryIn regards to their claim that the signatures were forged, I am including screenshots below of both the original application, and the closure form that we just received last week(we will supply the full document if requested) You will see that the signatures are identicalThis means that either the original was not forged as they claim, or that the person who is acting on behalf of the owner has been falsely representing the owner all alongIn addition, they agree that they submitted the application, and have been using the account for almost yearsThat would not support a claim of the account being forgedEither way, the person who has been contacting us is engaged in dishonestySince this account appears to be suspicious, we have decided to terminate the account effective November ***We are also confirming that they will not be charged a termination feeIf you have any further questions, or require any clarification regarding this matter, feel free to reach out to meSincerely,

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Sincerely, [redacted]

We have reviewed this complaint and have identified that it was wrongly associated with our companyThe complaint references "Fidelity *** Card" which is not a product we offerOur company, Fidelity Payment Services, facilitates credit card "processing" for merchants and the complaint was likely
meant for a different company named Fidelity that issues that credit card. Please correct and remove this complaint from our page.Thank you!

Dear [redacted], Following is our response to complaint #[redacted]. The reason why it appeared that we were not being responsive is due to the fact that we had very good reason to suspect that the person contacting us was neither the owner of the account, nor an authorized representative of the owner....

This was due to the fact that although the one who was contacting us on behalf of the owner kept on telling us to close the account, the account was still being used and transactions were being conducted on a daily basis. This was after our repeated directives to the caller that they should cease using the account in order for us to close it. Even after they sent in an official closure form stating that they no longer wish to process with us and want to immediately terminate the account, they still continued using the account. As of this week, the account was still being used, and we can supply documentation of this if necessary. In regards to their claim that the signatures were forged, I am including screenshots below of both the original application, and the closure form that we just received last week. (we will supply the full document if requested) You will see that the signatures are identical. This means that either the original was not forged as they claim, or that the person who is acting on behalf of the owner has been falsely representing the owner all along. In addition, they agree that they submitted the application, and have been using the account for almost 3 years. That would not support a claim of the account being forged. Either way, the person who has been contacting us is engaged in dishonesty. Since this account appears to be suspicious, we have decided to terminate the account effective November [redacted]. We are also confirming that they will not be charged a termination fee. If you have any further questions, or require any clarification regarding this matter, feel free to reach out to me. Sincerely,

Review: When I signed up for merchant services with Fidelity, their sales agent [redacted] reassured me that there was no contract and no cancellation policies. They induced my father, who cannot read English well to sign the contract without showing him all part of the contract. They withheld vital pieces of the contract information and forged his signature on one of the pages. When I contacted the SA to verify, he ignored my phone calls and attempts to contact for nearly 2 years. The SA has failed to live up to his promise to every matter that was promised when he was soliciting our business. I have tried to contact them multiple times, Ari S[redacted], at least 5 times. He does not return emails or phone calls to release me from the obligations of this contract. This contract was obtained fraudulently.Desired Settlement: I want to release from this contract without having to pay cancellation fee.

Review: Have been using Fidelity Payment Services to process cc since March 2011. I called them a few days ago requesting to close the account, at which time I was assured it was no problem. I see a $295 charge from Fidelity for account closure this morning on my bank statement.I am not in any contract with them, and have not signed to be with them for any extended period of time. I have not used their services in over a month either, and have found other, more honest merchants to process for me.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $295 debited from my account
