Initially gave us 2 parking spaces when we moved in July 2017, this past month after repaving the parking-lot, they are now demanding $65 a month extra for that very same 2nd parking space under the threat of tagging and towing it at our expense, even though it is an amenity we enjoyed as part of our tenancy here for almost 2 years.

After complaining to management we were served with a vague, unlawful eviction notice, stating we had less than a month to move as our tenancy is to be terminated. It's clear to us that this business is seeking to *** out it's current tenants in a bid to make more money by increasing the rent for new tenants. (We have documented recent ads for our apartment asking for over $250 more per month.)

Also, this company has, in the past, posted bizarre, *** requests in the summer-time instructing all units (even "all-inclusive" units) that they must pay an approx. $300 surcharge to use an air-conditioner for the "season".

We have found used needles on the property and there is very little effort to maintain or keep common areas clean/ well-kept. ***. Previous complaints to management usually ended up with the then land-lord swearing or shouting ,only to claim he is the victim and refuse to answer any further questions or concerns.
