Bought the extended warranty on my vw from FIDELITY WARRANTY SERVICES I took my car for the 40,miles service and also check on the A/CThe VW technician describe a repair needs to be done under the extended warranty contractfidelity send an inspector to see if the CERTIFIED VW TECHNICIAN is correct, and at the end FIDELITY inspector says everything is worrking well and declined to autorize the repairAlso I had to pay $dlls for the inspection on the A/C I Called Fidelity and totaly waste my time., I asked for their position in writting and I was told to contact them the Fidelity Legal Deparment

I purchased a new Smart Brabus and also the Platinum Warranty from FidelityThe warranty guaranteed that if at the end of years I had not had a claim then the entire amount of $minus a $processing fee would be returned to meAfter my year period and no claims, I filed for the return of my $feeWithout delay, the company sent me a check today for that amountI am a satisfied customer of Fidelity Warranty Services and recommend them as a company that lives up to their agreementsI would definitely use them again when Purchasing a new car warranty

I couldn't be more satisfied with Widelity Warranty ServiceThey replaced front strut bushings and a short block motor in my Hyundai SonataMy total cost , $deductibleWork was done at my local Hyundai dealerI didn't even have to deal with them, my Hyundai service writer took care of everything
I do not recommend buying this warranty unless you buy the Gold or above. We bought the silver and our transmission is not covered because it was damaged by the drive shaft which is not covered. We spent $2400 and we will not get our car covered. They are not helpful at all. They just read from the contract. They kept saying if you bought the gold it would have been covered. It sounded like a stock answer. I wonder if you have the gold would they say it's only covered on the platimum plan. Probably!!!
My daughter bought an extended warranty for her car in 2014 from Fidelity Warranty Services, INC. The car has encountered a wobbling problem. She took the car in to have it checked and it was diagnosed with an axle problem. We contacted Fidelity Warranty Services and was told her "Gold Plus Coverage Plan" does not cover the problem. We have been talking back and forth with Fidelity Warranty Services to no avail. I advise and recommend anyone considering, thinking, contemplating or seeking to enter a contract with this business to run the other way.
