On 2/12,I attempted to pay 3 affirm loans. There were processing errors on their end but it still posted to my bank account. I contacted my bank they said these were not fraud charges and to attempt to reconcile with company. I contacted affirm 2/12,2/14,2/18, 2/19 via emails and phone calls. Provided proof that these funds left my account. They will not update my loans to reflect these payments because of the processing error on their end.

AFFIRM intentionally sitting on payments that say accepted after payments made ! Wont accept CREDIT CARD payments to address payment issues !

I got my affirm card after my consumer proposal to boost my credit. My payments were on time , except 2 times , this year after getting my *** , I paid my affirm card in full and called them and asked to cancel my card , which they did , by my own mistake , when I was doing online banking , I paid 700 $ extra to cancelled account , I wanted to pay my *** card. I called affirm and they told me that is going to take 60 days to be refunded to me , unless 39.00 cheque fee , I pay them , which I agreed. Today February 20 I called my bank, they told me that they send urgent request to affirm ask them to release fund immediatly. I called again affirm and again the same story , 60 days. I told them that I have payment to make and due date approaching , in order to keep my credit in good condition.*** I want my 700$ right away back , this amount does not belong to Affirm and they know very well that was transfered to them by mistake. CSR told me that was refunded to me on 5th of February but it is going to take 60 days to appear on my account, Do you believe that ?

On Monday, our bank will be faxing to your bank a permission to debit our bank account and return the funds to your bank account. Dear Ms.

Thank you for your hard work and time , that is very good that Revdex.com does exist , otherwise the businesses would ripping off the people . The first time I wrote to you , they told me that they refunded the money on fifth of February , now in this resolution they say that they are going to give permission to widthraw from their account , you see , which one should I believe , anyway today is tuesday and I checked my account , no fund is there , based on what they said , and because of their negligence , I was charged 48$ , I am sending you the screen shot from my account , to prove you. I want as soon as possible 700$ + 48$ to be wired to my account .before any other NSF charges made to my account , they have pay me .

The fax authorization to debit our account was sent on Monday February 26th as indicated in our response and the funds were debited from our account on February 27th. I received 700 by 1st of March , thank you for your hard work and cooperation , still I am waiting for the 48 $ , bank charged me for NSF .
