[redacted] did come into my salon with her puppy.She was referred by a long time customer of mine who is also her cousin.She asked me to groom the dog exactly as I have been grooming her cousins...

dog.I asked her several times if she wanted it exactly the same.She said yes.She even stood there as I went through several different blades on the body each time she asked me to go shorter. Its was the exact haircut her cousins dog received.The top of head and tail where left longer then body.The dog was promptly groomed and was out in 2 hours after she dropped her off.Owner said she really didn't like the face but agreed it was ok and hair would grow back.I reminded her that this is the exact haircut she asked me to do.She checked the dog out.Booked another appointment,paid and tipped.The dog had no blood on her and was in perfect condition when leaving salon.[redacted] called many times complaining about the short face.She wanted my personal phone so she could show me a photo of what she had intended the dog to look like.I told her to just bring me in the photo on her next visit.Then over an hour later she calls and tells me I didn't cut the nails on one paw and one of the nails was bleeding on other paw.I tolld to come into the shop and I would check if the nails needed to be clipped shorter and if a nail had b een bleeding I would fix it.She said she wasn't sure if she would come in.Not only did she get nasty with me on the phone she used profanity and then started slandering my business all over [redacted].The dog was groomed exactly as instructed by owner.There were no injuries

Review: Went to this grooming place on February [redacted], 2015@ 9 am... I was referred by my cousin cause she takes her shihtzu there and I've seen pictures of and liked the way she looks...well I explained to do the body short leaving tail longer and face longer just cleaning around mouth and eyes but leaving her liking like a shihtzu...and also leaving the hair longer on the top of her head cause I like to put it in pigtails with pink bows...[redacted] said yes I know what you mean like [redacted] you're cousins dog... I said yes.. I get back to pick my puppy up and I didn't even recognize her she looked like a chihuahua...nails in one paw was cut too short and bloody and nails on one paw wasn't cut at all...I was shocked didn't kniw what to say but was very upset even seeing my * year old daughter crying because she thought that was not her puppy.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $60 plus my $10 tip which they don't deserve at all...
