This company was paid to efile my 2008 company taxes. IRS claims they didn't receive it, and the company refuses to assist in the matter.
After speaking with Tammy C more than twice, and driving 2 hours to visit in person on Oct 16th, 2019, this company has basically washed their hands of me. I explained the case was given back to the IRS from the collection agency due to my proving to them it was paid to be filed. I have Congressman *** helping now. Jan.30th I spoke to Tammy asking for a letter stating they were my tax preparer for 2008, to which she stated she would and to send her an email with letter attached that was sent prior. (A copy is attached). To date, I have received no letter. I am facing fines and penalties just under $2,000 from this.

The Business was notified by two separate entities about my complaint, which then had their attorney contact me. We have reached an amicable resolution to the matter, and consider the matter resolved. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely
