This customer is misinformed and this has nothing to do with usWe did the install of his roof a long time agoAt that time, he purchased an enhanced warranty from the manufacture of his roof shingles, ***He has an enhanced warranty with [redacted] which is basically a small insurance policyThe customers home is at the beach and he had wind damage from the past hurricaneWe directed him to the warranty service line because that has nothing to do with usWe also provided as a courtesy the pictures needed for the warranty company to process the claim for himThat is all we can do from our endIt is between the customer and [redacted] from this point onThis has nothing to do with the work we did years agoThe customer called our office very impatiently wanting his roof fixedOur [redacted] let him know that [redacted] had to process the claim and he needed to deal with themWhile she was trying to explain the process with [redacted] he became irate and was using vulgar language calling her a “Xxxx”My [redacted] is a sweet [redacted] and should never have to put up with that when we were only helping as a courtesyWhen the customer called the office back, I was there and I spoke with him so the other [redacted] in the office would not have toI also tried to explain to him the process and he started the vulgar language with me calling me a “ [redacted] XXXXXXX ***”I told him we are not in a contract with him and we are not doing business with him and he would need to deal with [redacted] going forward to get his claim and roof taken care ofHe was our customer years agoHe is not our customer now so I do not see this as claim for Revdex.comThe work and service we provided years ago is not in questionHis enhanced warranty coverage is between him and ***If he has a complaint about the warranty, he should make a Revdex.com complaint against that companyPlease note the dates on his claim are all incorrect as he did not purchase anything from us in The account number he provided is the claim number with ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is not at all what was told to me at point of saleA *** was sent out and took photos to submit to *** and never wereThey told me " we are overwhelmed and you will need to do it yourself"*** said the photos were never submittedThe *** that took the photos called the FIDUS office from my roof with me present and instructed them to "be proactive with this claim"He hung up and told me " we will take it from here"ALL LIESI called him a *** after he said "i was never told by the *** that they will take it from here"He wasn't present for that conversation so how would he know? If my claim was direct with *** why not tell me thatInstead the *** took the photos and accepted responsibility to file the claim requirementsNot only did the *** tell me that in person he called and told the *** *** that tooI stand by my statement that he is a *** and a *** AFTER lying to me not once but twiceTHIS is EXACTLY what Revdex.com is for to warn other unsuspecting customers what to expect AFTER the sale and when service is needed, they wont be there!
