Sorry for the delay for some reason we are not getting your e-mails. Concerning [redacted] truck I gave him a rough guess prior to him bringing the truck in not knowing exactly what would be needed to be done and I told him that up front. When it got here it was a much bigger job than he...
described and also needed some extra parts that were not anticipated. He also decided to have us install headers at this time which adds extra time. We called and told him the parts that were needed and told him the cost of those parts and he said to go ahead and put them on. Even though we had alot of extra time in this job I did not charge him any extra labor cost. All that was added above the estimate was the parts that he was told about and told us to put in. Those are two major components as to why I cannot get my engine to run properly.
