Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I never yelled at this manHe screamed at me in my kitchen and banged his fist into my cabinets when I was calmly trying to explain the previous problems in person so we could avoid themHe was refusing to buy a new slab for the new counter top to replace the faulty one, he was trying to re cut itThe seam was terrible and the gap between the wall was hugeI offered to buy a different color of granite because I had lost faith in his ability to do a seam that was less visibleTevita constantly no showed me when he would tell me he would be there or call meUpon further investigation, we found nearly an identical complaint on KSL about him being rude and unprofessional and the craftsmanship being badAfter dealing with his incompitence and rudeness for over two weeks, we decided to save ourselves the trouble and hire somebody professional to do the countersHe completed them within a week and also did the counter with no seam at allThe slab we purchased was the exact same sizeI will be taking Tevita to small claims court Sincerely, [redacted]
