To Whom It May Concern:Assurant Field Asset Services ("AFAS") made contact with the complainant on 12/2/to communicate the findings of the claim she had submitted After a thorough investigation by AFAS into her claim, it was found that no items were removed from the property by our contractor As a result, the claim was denied At the time this was communicated to the complainant, AFAS asked for any additional information she had to support her allegations Nothing was provided and no response was received from the complainant.On 1/13/15, a follow up communication was sent to the complainant To date, no response has been received The complainant was again provided with direct contact information for the AFAS Claims Department and we are certainly available to discuss her claim with her.AFAS apologizes for any inconvenience the complainant is experiencing We are dedicated to providing the best possible service in every area of our business.Sincerely,Assurant Field Asset Services

To Whom It May Concern:Assurant Field Asset Services ("AFAS") is a property preservation company which completes certain services on behalf of various mortgage servicers. Our records indicate that per the request of our client (the servicer), AFAS has been conducting monthly inspections of this property. AFAS has notified our client of this complaint. Since AFAS is not the servicer or the property owner, it is recommended that the complainant contact their mortgage company directly to discuss any issues regarding any services that the mortgage servicer may order with AFAS for completion.Regarding the allegation of unprofessional actions by the inspector, AFAS is more than willing to fully investigate that issue once all necessary information is received from the complainant. On 12/2/14, the complainant was provided with a copy of our Claims Information Form. This form explains what is needed to have a claim opened and a full investigation completed. This form also provides direct contact information for AFAS so that the complainant may contact us directly via phone or email to further discuss his claim. AFAS certainly apologizes for any inconvenience the complainant is experiencing. I am rejecting this response because:They have not addressed the unprofessional actions of their inspector, kicking over garbage cans at my property. And, their statement with the Revdex.com does not include any mention that they will stop harassing me and will not schedule another inspection. It also does not include any statement from the company that they will not "winterize" my home, by over locking the doors and stealing my personal property inside the home. I want those conditions included in their statement to the Revdex.com, because those are things they have threatened to do to my home and my propertyI also need a statement fro *** Mortgage that they will stop harassing me, do I need to file a separate complaint against the new mortgage companyPlease advise me if I need to file a separate complaint about the harassment by ***. I want to thank the Revdex.com for standing up for me and helping me with these very difficult people.

*** *** This company is not being truthful or forth coming I can send you everything I've sent to them,reason why I know they received documents because there was a signature confirmation Someone in that company had to sign for the packageI've looked in all my phone history for the made up date they said they contacted me it's not thereThis company is known for not complying when they are in the wrongPlease send me an address to where I can send all documents because the file is to big to send via attachments Whoever they sent to change the locks stole my property or I would not be doing this They need to reimburse me for my tools and vacuum cleanerI will not give up on this

To Whom It May Concern:Assurant Field Asset Services ("AFAS") made direct contact with *** *** on 1/23/via phone. During this conversation, her claim was discussed and it was explained to her that the results of her claim had been sent to her on 12/2/via email. At this time, *** *** was able to locate the 12/2/email and stated that she had "missed it". Additionally, the details of the findings of her claim were also discussed and it was explained that no evidence was found to support her claim of personal property removal. AFAS welcomes any additional information that she has to support her claim and if provided, we will gladly reopen and re-review her claim.During the phone conversation with *** *** on 1/23/15, AFAS asked her to submit any additional information that she has in support of her claim. *** *** was also provided with direct contact information for the claims department for her ready referenceAFAS apologizes for any inconvenience the complainant is experiencing. I am rejecting this response because: They refuse to see the evidence that's right in front of them, they are making excuses so they don't have to pay me for my stolen property.  As it is said bad news spread faster then good news and if they are going to risk their reputation on 1200 bucks so be it. My next step is small claims court because and to put this on every media outlet there is something favorable should be done other than them trying to sweep this under the rug.

Assurant Field Services ("AFS") is a property preservation company that completes various types of services on behalf of our Clients who are banks and mortgage servicers. All services completed by AFS are ordered and approved by our Clients.
The complainant did contact AFS directly and spoke with a member of our Claims team. During this call, the complainant communicated her concerns regarding the inspection. AFS offered at this time to send her our Claims Information Form so that she could proceed to have a claim opened for investigation with AFS, however Ms. Iverson declined receipt of the form. The complainant also made demands for information that AFS is unable to provide due to it being proprietary. AFS advised the complainant that she should contact her mortgage company and stated that we would also send notification of her call and concerns to our Client.
Any questions/concerns that the complainant has regarding her mortgage and/or the property should be directed to her mortgage company. AFS is not the owner or the mortgage holder and therefore cannot make any decisions regarding the property and/or what services are ordered.
Should the complainant now wish to obtain the AFS Claims Information Form, she can reach out to AFS directly at [redacted] .

I am rejecting this response because: Strike 2 for your company.  I was never offered the claims form!  And I do not wish to deal with another one of your agents on the phone.  Obviously your company is run by dishonest people starting with the field agents and working their way right up to this response from your company.  I will take a claims form but you can mail it to me at [redacted]Again I do not accept your response and I don't not trust your company.
