Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI would like to add that I have called several times to get me off the list, the last time I called I was laughed at because of my request I apologize that it took responding to their level to understand my request I strongly believe, companies that use this type of marketing, should required permission to use our email for contact Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mr. [redacted]. [redacted] regarding his requests to be removed from our auto dispatch list.  His requests were made on 9/19/13, 11/12/13, 1/29/14, and 3/27/14, all coming via email. These emails were read by...

representatives in our quality control department and after his first request on September 2013, our quality control department manually removed him from our list. Please note that during this time, our software was undergoing numerous system upgrades and enhancements and we were experiencing unexpected glitches and bugs from time to time, which may have caused Mr. [redacted] not to be removed from the system. His following requests on November and January were honored as well, however it has been undetermined as to why he continued to receive the automatic job offers via email. I have determined it is a glitch in our software that has yet to be fixed. Please note that Mr. [redacted] is a 5-star rated notary with FieldChoice and these auto dispatch job offers that are sent to our notaries only go out to 5-star rated notaries, therefore my only guess at this point is that Mr. [redacted] continued to received the emails even after we "disabled" the automatic dispatch feature in his profile because  our system glitch continued to recognize he was a 5-star rated notary thereby assigning the emails to him despite our system showing this feature had been previously disabled. At this point, we still continue to experience and are working with our software developers to resolve various bugs in the system as well as glitches.

Again, thank you for your understanding in this matter. Mr. [redacted] has since been placed on a permanent block from all emails, which was an override that was needed to be executed by upper management as a result of these circumstances. I'd like to note that Mr. [redacted], instead of approaching our company in a very professional manner regarding his concerns, sent us an email laced with profanity on March 27, 2014 as well as speaking with one of our employees in extremely rude fashion, which is uncalled for. His concerns could have easily been addressed in a more mild manner and not once did Mr. [redacted] ever request to speak to management about this concern otherwise had this been brought to my attention or to the attention of any of our other managers, I'm sure this filed complaint could have very well been avoided. This issue is really not that serious, as Mr. [redacted] is the ONLY notary in our database of 30,000 notaries nationwide who has ever been angered and infuriated over receiving job offers via email. In fact, most if not all our signing agents nationwide absolutely love our auto dispatch feature because of its convenience. It wasn't as if we were bothering or hounding Mr. [redacted] with constant phone calls. After all, the auto dispatch feature that we provide to our notaries is one of complete benefit to our signing agents because it rewards our 5-star agents with the first opportunity of accepting job assignments for closings in their area ahead of lower rated notaries, who otherwise don't receive these email job offers and instead have to wait for phone calls from our scheduling team.

Thank you for your understanding of this matter. Hopefully, I have clarified in detail and in full the nature of this complaint. Please feel free to contact me directly at ###-###-#### for any further questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
