I contacted feradyne outdoors after one of their products caused damage to some of my property I informed them about what had happened and they admitted they had bad product out in the fieldthey replied (Sorry about the defect with those nocksIt sounds like you got a bad batch of nocks that didn’t cure rightIf we could have you fill out a warranty claim on our website, we will get those nocks replaced for you) so they admitted they had caused the damage but refuse to pay for the repairs to my bowthey are willing to replace a $part that caused $300-$in damagesI just don't think that's rightthey told me (Unfortunately, we cannot cover damage to products that are not our ownI understand the frustration, but I do not make those decisions, just pass them on.)
