Poor quality of product manufacture. Poor customer service. Poor integrity. Ordered an expensive product with defective and missing parts. Took many months of waiting and Emailing to finally receive it. The seller then stated over the course of many more months he would send the needed parts, but clearly had no intention of doing so. If you must buy from him, be prepared to be ripped off.
I looked thru our emails and cannot find communication from this customer. The breach for the KT/JP is gorgeous and if parts needed to be replaced, we follow a process to ask the customer for pictures to see if there are some bad cast. However, no correspondence seems to have happened from the search I did on Outlook. I looked at the Paypal complaint, and Paypal sided with our company - Loic
