Hello Revdex.com,I will have you speak to [redacted] about this, perhaps.  According to him, the client had sprinklers and wanted them outside of the turf area.  That meant that we would bring the edging in and not cover them with turf and NOT cut around them.  This is why 18 to 20 inches of turf...

had to be cut from the side.I am confused as to why this became contentious, and am not happy to hear that it became confusing. This should not be confusing to the customer or the sales person, and I prefer that these are clearer from the beginning.  Even the drawing from [redacted] shows 13.5 feet wide, and not 15 feet wide.  It would be helpful if the customer had a copy of the drawing, too.I would like to call the customer to discuss this.  If they wanted the sprinklers left outside of the turf area, then that is exactly what we did. We did what they wanted.  It is not uncommon to cut turf to fit the needs and desires of the customer.  If now, after looking at it, they WISH the area was bigger, then the question is about fault.  Are they now changing their mind and blaming it on us?  Or, did we make a mistake.  If it is our mistake, or if now they have a new desire to have the turf area wider, we can handle that.  If it is our mistake then it will be handled at no cost.  If it is a new desire and change wanted (after looking at it completed), then it is a change order and we will charge a fair price for the change order. Thanks,[redacted]

showed 2 images, and the rock was confused to be the bark.  When there is confusion, then there is clarification.  We brought samples for Mr. [redacted] to choose from, and he picked the one he wanted from the local supplier.  “Equal or other greater.”  The products that he chose were equal or greater in [redacted]. In 13 years we have never had anyone go to the Revdex.com to complain. We take very good care of our workers and our customers.  Mr. [redacted] is one of our customers, and we are sorry for the confusion, of course.  He can call us at anytime if he needs anything.  His home is very close to our office, and he can visit us here at [redacted].  The sales rep and the crew were spoken to about this event, so that confusion would not happen in the future.  The caps were delayed a bit because the caps were not available from our supplier.  However, the caps for his putting green cups were delivered recently. We appreciate your interest in Field of Green and ForeverLawn - Grass Without Limits. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: Field of Green: Described services to be received, which included showing photos of landscapping items. From the inital discussion the cost of product and services where described.

1. The bark shown in photo did not match bark provided. The bark shown in picture was actually rock.

2. The putting green was described as coming with covers to prevent women from falling in the hold if attending a party in the backyard.

When the bark was dumped in my driveway, called the owner and informed him it didn't match the photo. He admitted his rep (misrepresented the bark) I was actually shown rock. I selected a bark from selection brought to my home.

Field of Dream contends the cost were established from the inital and only conversation on job.

The quality of the job in my opinion is defined by the customer.

I did not receive any accounting for the "rock" bark in photo versus bark selected, which obvious is less than rock.

I did not obtain an accounting for the difference, nor did I receive my three covers for the putting green. I was told by the owner I would receive them. Instead I received a call from the Field of Green rep who originally misrepresented the bark. A hostile environment was created when the owner informed the worker that additional quailty requested by me would be deducted from the employee's check; which resulted in a foul exchange over removing rock in my backyard to avoid additonal work. I paid for rock and got bark and paid for covers and did not receive them. Field of Green has not been accountable. I hope Revdex.com holds them accountable for pitting their workers against the client with threats of withholding salary.Desired Settlement: I want my three covers for my three golf holes.

I want an accountability to the rock (bark) shown and accounted for with charges and the subsequent bark selection used in the backyard. Also, for clarity: the additonal work I required from Field of Green would not have been necessary if the original rock was delivered.

I also would like an accounting from the Revdex.com on Field of Green for:

a. Mis representation of product and services

b. Non performance after the owner promised the product

c.
