Field Time Target & Training

Review: I placed an order with Field Time for a firearm. They stated it would take up to four days to arrive. After waiting 7 days I attempted to call to find out whether the firearm had arrived and was told not to call and that I would be called when it arrived. I called after another 7 days had passed and received the same response. After 4 days more I called once again and was told the same thing, I requested the employee please check to confirm it wasn't in because I was told the order would only take 4 days, he checked and the firearm was in. I went into Field Time to complete the DROS and all paper work to receive the firearm. After waiting 50 minutes to be helped I was finally completing the paper work. When I asked why they forgot to call me when the firearm was in, they stated "the DOJ had delayed the order we made with [redacted] and that's why your order took so long". I finalized the paperwork and left. I made a call to [redacted] to confirm that the DOJ had delayed the order, [redacted] had no knowledge of any such delay happening.I returned to Field Time after my 10 day waiting period was up. I finalized all remaining paper work and was told the firearm was now in my ownership and I was free to go. After 45 minutes while grocery shopping for my family I received a call from an unknown employee at Field Time. They requested I go back to Field Time immediately because I did not complete all necessary paper work that was required of me. While I was stating I would be happy to return after I completed my grocery shopping, they interrupted me and demanded I drop everything I was doing and return. I said no, to which the unknown employee replied "I'm gonna come and get it" repeatedly and also said "You have given me the opportunity to raise this to the highest level of authority possible and you will lose your gun". I immediately hung up the phone and proceeded to the police station to report these threats.Desired Settlement: I request a written apology from every single employee that was involved with this purchase.
