I've purchased all my Jeeps from Fields JeepI have been to other Jeep dealerships which are no comparison in price and in serviceI have sent many of my family and friends to see Jeff [redacted] and they had the same friendly and quality experienceLast week, I took my parents there to tratheir old Jeep for a newer JeepJeff who is a very friendly, honest and respectful salesperson helped my parents find a Jeep that they liked and fit their budgetI have been to several dealerships and dealt with many salespeople in the past and had bad experiences with being too pushy or trying to sell you something you did not want or needI have been to Fields to service my Jeep throughout the years and have had good experiences as wellI am not surprised purchasing another Jeep from Jeff and Fields JeepI would highly continue to recommend them to my family and friends and to anyone who would like to receive quality service and quality care during and after the sale

In looking for a new lease for my family I came upon Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep "Lease Specials" on their websiteThere I located a $down & $month lease special of one chrysler 'S' that I was directly linked to for pictures, etc.Upon contacting Fields to validate that the specific chrysler 's' with the lease special was still available, I was informed it was available, but that the money down was not the same and would be in the $plus $and the monthly payments would be higher because the car that is on their website and only car linked to the lease special was in fact not the car at that priceThis not only is advertisingThis does not include any legal discussion as to the car being tagged to a base model MSRP or any disclosureThis breaks all compliance to disclosure advertising and predicates deceitful advertising at best and bait and switch at worstClassic bait and switch when sales "managers" got involvedClearly it is my opinion that anyone avoid this establishment so they will not get pulled into a bait and switch scenarioIf you heart is set on one of these models go to an alternatively owned dealershipPretty disgusted

something interesting happened to my this morningMy last oil change before I bought my new RAM service guy at Feilds dodge talks me into buy package pre paid oil change for around $for next synthetic oil changesAssured me its for oil changes regardlessI trade my RAM for new one and go to get my 2nd of oil changes"Sorry it only applied to the other truck" I tell the manager and he tells me the service guy that sold me that got fired because of doing that to many customers I'm sorry" I tell him I can't believe he's not gonna fix this and his reply was"You paid Chrysler not fields we don't even make any money on that." And let a loyal customer just walk out the door and will never go backAmazing
So I paid over $for oil change and all I got was "SORRY"

I recently Purchased my 6th vehicle from this dealershipUp to this point I was very happy but recently noticed the service department was having issues, lack of customer service and no one answering there phoneDelayed responses and delays in repairsRecently I had and issue and consulted to service reps who advise me to make an appointment for my LibertyAt the day of the appointment I waited minutes to just drop off the car at the appointment timeThe service Manager Colleen was rude and said she could not help with the problemShe was arrogant and dispectfulShe said she did not care and flat out treated me unfairI complained as I just purchased a new vehicle less than a week ago and the Sales manager David said I'm to busy to look into this
This place use to be respectable and honest and I see why people have started to leave themStay away

Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a beautiful facility with a great stock of high-end cars on-siteI found the Jeep Cherokee of my dreams online and called in immediately to put down a deposit on the vehicleFrom that first phone call, I was impressed with the dealershipI spoke with a representative who politely told me I did not need to put down a deposit, but that I should come in at my earliest convenienceI also spoke with a manager about the certification on the vehicle and some additional warranty options availableLuckily for me, I was transferred to Shawn ***, who assisted me from the follow up phone call, through our test drive, negotiation and vehicle purchaseShawn is the very opposite of a sleazy car salesman! Polite and never pushy, he showed us all the features of the vehicle and accompanied us on a test driveI would recommend him highlyAfter we had decided that I was most definitely driving the Jeep Cherokee home, we got down to business and Shawn gave the sales manager our offerWhile he didn't take it or come down to the precise price point I was hoping for, he gave us a fair price for the vehicleIt was actually priced fairly and he came down to a slightly below average compromiseNext, I sat down with Tony, the finance managerHe was totally professional and got me within $of my ideal payment and a LOWER interest rate than my credit union! Honest and forthcoming, he talked through the details of the warranty packages with me and I was able to choose what really fit my needsLastly, when I noticed some scratches on the small back corner panel, Shawn got the sales manager to authorize a re-paint for the following weekI was so impressed that Shawn understood my attention to detail and made sure that the vehicle was up to my standards and fully detailed before I leftI would easily give Shawn a solid 5-star rating as he is truly an honest, helpful car salesman!
My only negative comment would be about the quality of the detailingThere were water 'smudges' on the leather seats and I needed to point out some scuff marks on the headliner of the vehicle
