I have been consigning with Uncle Neds since about the month that they opened on 6th Street in Milwaukee. They have since moved to West Allis to a larger location.
I have had no issues with them at all. My consignments with them have been from a large coffee table, mirrors, odds and end small furniture as well as knick-knacks and small collectibles. They do have a minimum that has to sell in order to get a check written... So if it takes awhile for pieces to sell and reach that minimum, you wont get a check for a while. I do understand this..as it seems silly to get a check for something like 6 dollars this month and 8 dollars another month.
I have not experienced the estate sale side of the business.
