Sorry for the late response to complaint [redacted] , we have two dealerships in Wisconsin and the complaint was sent to our other storeWe did honor the pull ahead program and we deducted the February payment from the amount due on her new lease because she had to pay the February payment due to the miscommunicationThe pull ahead program had to be done days before lease end, which is the reason for stating she had to do something in the next week and halfShe did state she did not want to do business with us and I said I understand that she doesn’t have to do business with us but I would like to earn her businessThe lease worksheet did show that the sales tax was about $2,and I didn’t have an explanation at that time but I did look into itThe worksheet prints the lease payment and it also prints the amount due if the customer was to purchase the vehicleThe sales tax on the lease is based on a payment and the sales tax on an outright purchase is based on the vehicle sale priceMs [redacted] was charged the correct taxThe delay in getting the vehicle was because Ms [redacted] wanted a specific vehicle with a specific payment which we did not haveWe did locate vehicles that would work for her but they were soldWe ended up finding another vehicle in [redacted] that she was happy with and the payment worked for herAfter Ms [redacted] wrote this complaint she picked up her vehicle from us, we sat and talked about her experience with us and I did apologize for everything that happened

the miscommunication. The pull ahead program had to be done 31 days before lease end, which is the reason for stating she had to do something in the next week and half. She did state she did not want to do business with us and I said I understand that she doesn’t have to do business with us but I would like to earn her business. The lease worksheet did show that the sales tax was about $2,000 and I didn’t have an explanation at that time but I did look into it. The worksheet prints the lease payment and it also prints the amount due if the customer was to purchase the vehicle. The sales tax on the lease is based on a payment and the sales tax on an outright purchase is based on the vehicle sale price. Ms. [redacted] was charged the correct tax. The delay in getting the vehicle was because Ms. [redacted] wanted a specific vehicle with a specific payment which we did not have. We did locate 2 vehicles that would work for her but they were sold. We ended up finding another vehicle in [redacted] that she was happy with and the payment worked for her. After Ms. [redacted] wrote this complaint she picked up her vehicle from us, we sat and talked about her experience with us and I did apologize for everything that happened.
