My experience with Fields BMW South Orlando over the past week has been nothing short of excellent! Jay and Michael (both in sales) were excellent, far exceeding "above and beyond" to help get me what I wanted I went in about a week ago looking for a specific vehicle and had a couple of obstacles to hurdle regarding the vehicle I was trading in I wasn't coming from the best position, but I told them exactly what I wanted and they got right down to business without any of the extra hassleThey genuinely did whatever they could to make this deal happen for me I took delivery of my new BMW last night, and am so incredibly happy! None of this of course, could have been done without the help of Jay and Michael! Seriously, their professionalism and experience in the industry certainly shows, and is impressive at that Overall, from sales to finance and signing the last of the paperwork, I am extremely happy with how thorough and detailed everyone was with getting me the proper information, and making sure I left with not just a great deal, but a great vehicle as well

I had a horrible experience with this dealershipMy vehicle has always been up to date on keeping it serviced and in good conditionI had no dashboards lights on and my vehicle was running perfectly fine with new tiresI went in for a simple oil change and when the finished everything was okA few days go by and I noticed smoke from my bmwI asked my neighbor mechanic to look under the hood and he said there was no oil in my carThey apologized, picked up my vehicle and kept it over nightThe next day after I took my vehicle home and everything was supposedly fixed, my dashboard lights up with different alerts and warningsI go back to the dealership and they claim this is comm I n with my vehicle and called a sales rep over to show me a newer carI took my car to another bmw dealership and they said that it seems as though other parts of my truck were left unsealed and tampered withI have a young son and this is very unacceptableThey should really be investigated

My wife's BMW 325i had an airbag light on. She brought the car to Fields BMW for the airbag recall service. She did not mention the airbag light issue assuming that the technician would see it anyway. Ones the service was complete we were notified to pick up the vehicle. She brought the vehicle home along with the invoice. The airbag light was still on and the invoice had a very strange, in our opinion, statement - "Several faults stored in system. Customer will need to leave with". A day later she received a phone text from the Fields service adviser stating: " You refused some services from Fields". She immediately responded: "Nobody at Fields even talked to us and we were not offered any services. Please clarify your statement." There was no answer... The following day I called the service department in attempt to talk to Matthew R., the service adviser, who "took care" of our car. He was unavailable, so I left a voice mail with this story in a nutshell, our phone number and request to get in touch with us. Nobody ever called us back. Yes, we didn't pay for the recall service, but the fact that nobody at Fields BMW even tried to talk to us about the obvious technical issues and offered a service is puzzling. And of course the lack of response is not a sign of a reputable professional business. I guess will have to "leave with it".
