I am rejecting this response because: First of all, this business did not disclose to us that the vehicle they sold (*** *** 2011) was involved in an accidentThe time that they showed us that car, they did not show a *** report and since they "pride" themselves on their cars being precertified we bought it not knowing that this car had so many problems and issuesThe only solution that we is agreeable to us is that THEY NEED TO TAKE THIS CAR BACK INTO THEIR LOT AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT or I WILL GO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT All they do is wash their hands nowWhen I brought this car to be fixed, they IGNORED the problem and they let me just drive the car with the mechanic so the mechanic can watch what this car doesHow incompetent and deceitful these ppl areAlso, they never mentioned a warranty when I first brought the car to themInstead, they never mentioned a warranty before only now

The vehicle in question was detailed and the customer was not satisfied we offered to re detail the car, at her earliest opportunity, as for the molding due to the age of the vehicle, years old these moldings do not hold up to the elements and do bubble as a factory issue I
would love the opportunity to rectify the situation Service Director will reach out todayThank you

I received a check for the amount paid for the detail service ($171.15) on March 24, The cost to repair the damage to my vehicle is more than that amount, however Thank you for your time and attention to this matter

The car was here for the stated period of time, with a delay with her warranty company , taking most of the time, also there was a slight parts delay Inital repair was done to the car, added
dye to car and release back to customerWe made arrangements for the adjustor came out inspected the car,customer took back and waited for apporvalonce apporval was given customer scheduled car in it was repaired in two days time, we paid for a rental car for two days and also saved her $##### dollars off her repair bill, customer picked car up 3/5/

I have requested to inspect the vehicle today and have an appointment for today

Inquiry now I will be responsible to buy my credit report and dispute it.Fields is the responsible party that does have the right to call and remove what they fraudulently pulled( Credit Report). I was told by John not Tim he never called me as he said he would very unprofessional, that once I disputed the credit pull they would have no problem agreeing to the removal.I should not be the one having to 
Jump through hoops over there mistake.. This complaint should not be swept under the rug it will just happen to others...
