was able to resolve the issue this morning and emailed/faxed the right documentation to [redacted].
I apologized and had already offered to reimburse her for the cost of the plates which was originally $345. The total ended up being $441.45. She will have the check for $441.45 by the end of the week. She seemed happy with this and I believe the issue has been resolved.

something interesting happened to my this morning. My last oil change before I bought my new RAM service guy at Feilds dodge talks me into buy package pre paid oil change for around $250 for next 4 synthetic oil changes. Assured me its for 4 oil changes regardless. I trade my RAM for new one and go to get my 2nd of 4 oil changes. "Sorry it only applied to the other truck" I tell the manager and he tells me the service guy that sold me that got fired because of doing that to many customers I'm sorry" I tell him I can't believe he's not gonna fix this and his reply was. "You paid Chrysler not fields we don't even make any money on that." And let a loyal customer just walk out the door and will never go back.

So I paid over $200 for 1 oil change and all I got was "SORRY"
I've purchased all my Jeeps from Fields Jeep. I have been to other Jeep dealerships which are no comparison in price and in service. I have sent many of my family and friends to see Jeff [redacted] and they had the same friendly and quality experience. Last week, I took my parents there to trade-in their old Jeep for a newer Jeep. Jeff who is a very friendly, honest and respectful salesperson helped my parents find a Jeep that they liked and fit their budget. I have been to several dealerships and dealt with many salespeople in the past and had bad experiences with being too pushy or trying to sell you something you did not want or need. I have been to Fields to service my Jeep throughout the years and have had good experiences as well. I am not surprised purchasing another Jeep from Jeff and Fields Jeep. I would highly continue to recommend them to my family and friends and to anyone who would like to receive quality service and quality care during and after the sale.
