I am in receipt of your letter referenced aboveUpon receipt, I contact the customer to discuss the concerns and scheduled an appointment to address themThe vehicle is currently at our facility where we are attempting to resolve the concerns.We initially repaired this vehicle in April of following an accidentThe customer picked up the vehicle in May of and was satisfied with the repairs as completedThe customer was involved in another accident in and had the vehicle repaired at a different repair facility and was unhappy with their workmanship, fit and finishThat repair facility tried to shift the blame to our repairs complete a year earlierAlthough the accident and repairs by another shop voided our warranty, we still became involved in attempting to assist the customerNow all of the issues are being placed upon us to correct as her most recent shop of choice will no longer address her concernsWe have repaired issues not of our doing and not charged the customerIn addition, we have supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle, again at no expense to herI feel that Fields Collision has gone above and beyond to assist in resolving the concerns and that the complaint should be filed against the repair facility that repaired the lossSincerely,

That repair facility tried to shift the blame to our repairs complete a year earlier. Although the 2017 accident and repairs by another shop voided our warranty, we still became involved in attempting to assist the customer. Now all of the issues are being placed upon us to correct as her most recent shop of choice will no longer address her concerns. We have repaired issues not of our doing and not charged the customer. In addition, we have supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle, again at no expense to her. I feel that Fields Collision has gone above and beyond to assist in resolving the concerns and that the complaint should be filed against the repair facility that repaired the 2017 lossSincerely,
