RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN DAYS OF INVOICE.RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.PLEASE CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, WHICH MUSTBE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURNED BOX.We are a private label Cosmetic Company, Not a Label Company.We do offer Labels and Hot Stamping on the packaging.I do tell the customer's that we are not a label company but we do our best for those who do not want to Hot stamp which costs more money and is more Professional.*** *** called and did not like the labels, I did tell her the policy.I also tried to rectify her being upset with sending her new caps for the product, Yes without labels because she did not like our qualityI was trying to help her by sending the new caps at no charge so she can sell the products and make a profit instead of sitting on a cap that she didn't likeShe agreed to the new cap.If the customer wants the clear label with silver writing I will send them to her.they will still be the same quality but will not get damaged in shipping
