Actually "company" has setup terms page ([redacted]) on their site in August 2014, and it did not exist in 2013 when software has been purchased. It most likely has been added because of many complaints that company has received due to their recent scam.  You can take a look at 2013 version of their site at: [redacted] and there has been no terms of any kind. Anyway, company does scam people intentionally as there are numerous reports online, and now they try to use the "warranty" to prove their point. Sad thing is that they are selling fake software, therefore "warranty" statements do not apply. Its a FRAUD.

The complainant never requested a refund for this recent purchase, and we would be happy to issue such a refund within the stated refund period if he is truly dissatisfied with our company and product. It is our belief that he likes our software and he is trying to misuse the powers of a complaint to obtain what he is not legally entitled to. In addition, [redacted] references a page on our website that did not exist in 2013. It did not exist and was added in January 2014 at the request of Google per the terms of using their Ad Words service. We added this page to comply with Google's change in Ad Words policies and for no other reason. The complainant references that we use our warrantee to prove a point. This is true. We are referencing our warrantee terms as these are the terms that he agreed to per the license he purchased for our v3 software.

Business representative is either dumb as a rock or intentionally pretend not to understand nature of the complaint. Fraudulentactivity of the business is consist of a process of constantly charging for their product. Product which I’ve purchased last year was suppose to havesupport and yet business intentionally make everyone to buy new version by disconnecting old version.  Imagine if you buy a car which was 2014 model, however in year of 2015 it completely ceasedto work and when we went back to manufacturer, they said “well, we have betterversion now and you have to buy new 2015 model, and we will not ever fix your2014 model despite all of our promises we made. Then in 2016 your 2015 modelcar died again, and they forced you to buy new 2016 model” This is ridiculous andfalse representing. Meanwhile thank you for confirmingthat in 2013 your website did not had any warranty information posted. Hundreds and thousands of customershave been scammed by this company and Revdex.com should help prevent that, by keepingrecord of this and following complaints.

Regarding the customer's complaints: The customer bought the software in September 2013 (not a few months ago as stated). We did respond to his emails, though our responses may not have been to his...

liking.
In a nutshell, the warranty that the customer agreed to before downloading the software states the following:
NO WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED TO YOU "AS IS," AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Fieldston Software, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT INFRINGE ANY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
Therefore, his claims are without merit since he agreed to this statement.

Review: Ive bought their software which came with free support/updates, however in few month they asked me to pay more money if I want software to keep functioning. Sending them emails, had no results. They send me very rude emails telling me that I dont know anything about software engineering, and then told me to pay money and refused to provide refund. Seems like this is standard practice for this company to force people to pay extra money after initial software is purchased in order to keep software operating. This is very fishy practice and most likely has legal issues.Desired Settlement: Either they should provide me with key of in order to unlock new software update, or they should refund my money.
