*** was at your home yesterday and once again adjusted your side doorWhile he was there
he also found the 4th TV wire exactly where I told you it would beIn addition, *** tells me he adjusted/tightened up some base should you asked him to
*** adjusted the door to your satisfaction prior to your moving in:
o Two additional service calls for this door (total of3) where again you approved the work - $
o Picking the cable wire off of the nail and sticking it out side with the other wires - $
o Working on trim which we have no way of knowing was not caused by you or others in your home - $
o Total amount for service call currently due & payable - $
Our contract calls for pre wire of the cables onlyThis was very apparently doneIt does not stipulate any wires will be run to the outsideOur electrician did the first as a courtesy along with many other freebies you received during constructionWe discussed any & all conceived discrepancies were to be in writing (per our contract)In the future, due to your attitude and innuendoes, we will not receive any phone calls from youIf there is an issue, we will respond in a timely mannerThe following format will apply:
o Include in your correspondence a check for $ for the service callIf the complaint is legitimate, your check will be returned to youIf, like the door, the
complaint is you will be charged accordingly
o We will respond to any complaint within a timely mannerInclude a day of the week that is best for you along with AM or PMI also suggest you read the last part of our contract regarding arbitration before you continue to make allegations

The customer contacted the Revdex.com by email and stated that the bond release he has shows that he owes the business nothing.

Review: builder has built a home for me and I gave him all control of money from construction loan. after home was completed he gave me a hand writing receipt for all monies spent.I called him and asked him for cancelled checks showing where and to who all monies was spent.he told me he has the cancelled checks but not willing to share them with me.also I had trouble with back door which is under warranty with builder for 1 year.he then sent his worker out to fix door and then sent me a bill for $200.00.and he said for all future problems with home has to be in writing and mailed with a $100.00 check .our contract states that binding arbitration will settle through Revdex.com and builder will pay all administrative fees for arbitration.Desired Settlement: would like to have all rights to cancelled checks for all monies spent from my construction loan for property [redacted].and I would like for him to stand up to his 1 year warranty with no hassels.

Because of your continued allegations and inferences of wrong doing on the part of Fieldstone, Inc., I feel it necessary to submit this correspondence.

[redacted] was at your home yesterday and once again adjusted your side door. While he was there he also found the 4th TV wire exactly where I told you it would be. In addition, [redacted] tells me he adjusted/tightened up some base should you asked him to.

[redacted] adjusted the door to your satisfaction prior to your moving in:

o Two additional service calls for this door (total of3) where again you approved the work - $ 150.00

o Picking the cable wire off of the nail and sticking it out side with the other 3 wires - $ 25.00

o Working on trim which we have no way of knowing was not caused by you or others in your home - $ 25.00

o Total amount for service call currently due & payable - $ 200.00

Our contract calls for pre wire of the cables only. This was very apparently done. It does not stipulate any wires will be run to the outside. Our electrician did the first 3 as a courtesy along with many other freebies you received during construction. We discussed any & all conceived discrepancies were to be in writing (per our contract). In the future, due to your attitude and innuendoes, we will not receive any phone calls from you. If there is an issue, we will respond in a timely manner. The following format will apply:

o Include in your correspondence a check for $ 100 for the service call. If the complaint is legitimate, your check will be returned to you. If, like the door, the

complaint is false you will be charged accordingly.

o We will respond to any complaint within a timely manner. Include a day of the week that is best for you along with AM or PM. I also suggest you read the last part of our contract regarding arbitration before you continue to make allegations.
