Untrustworthy, booked a month in advance they kept postponing the job despite our continuous follow upThey did not keep us informed of the delays and we wasted a lot of time waiting for themThey installed a poor quality treeWe finally understood they would never do the jobNot a serious firm, we will never use them again!

Our landscaper Eric met with us to design our stone sidewalk, shrubs, and landscaping taking many notes and promising to be able to complete the job in a few daysWhen installation day came the sidewalk was not installed in the location agreed upon in the meeting He also attempted to plant the one flower we told him we did not want, azaleas He also was suppose to bury downspouts and did not do those The first time he came out he made a huge mess attaching our old downspouts half way to the pvc pipe in the yard The second time he came out he put a huge ugly pipe cover halfway up the downspout The third time he finally fixed the downspouts The pattern on the sidewalk had to be fixed Other shrubs were damaged during the mulching and he had to come back several times to fix the job the landscapers didOverall he came back to our house times to fix his mistakes and it has taken over months to be finished Very large waste of our time We have remodeled our entire home in the past two and this has been by far the worst experience we have hadThe only plus side has been the other contractors have been here and we have made them promise not to do a huge mess again like these guys Our landscaper promised us things he couldn't deliver He had terrible communication with his team and us during the entire experience We planned today without telling us, to put a tar substance down while the leaves were falling that would be a huge mess in driveway
