When I notified the seller that I didn't receive the order. She stated they she doesn't do any of her shipping that someone does it for her & the she would she & get back with me. Then she sent me a message asking for my complete name & mailing address when I checked the tracking it stated delivered so I contacted my local postal service one I gave them the tracking number that's when I found out is was delivered out of their post office & giving the information of the post office that is was delivered from that's when I was informed it was delivered to my old address. I then called [redacted] & was informed that My current address was in fact on file but also so was my old address & since my old address was in the home slot that they can see where the misunderstanding may have taken place.
when the seller blocked me from her social site I sent a email stated how dishonest I felt that was & I would tell my friends that I told about her site of the customer service I have received. Never once did I go on her site to tarnish her name nor her business. That when she responded to my email about my pass criminal background stating that this is something I'm use to doing never once having any factual knowledge of my case nor my charges. The point that I was trying to address that all of this was a honest mistake. Never once was I trying to defraud the seller nor get over on her about $21.00 but when she felt the need to keep stating my criminal background play a part of this transaction I felt that was wrong had nothing to do with this & totally uncalled for not that I am ashamed of my past because that's a thing of the past. I felt she should have dealt with the situation at hand & not tryi g look for a out....
I have all the emails that we exchanged if you need more information to get a better idea of why I'm making this complaint to under stand The customer service was beyond poor & to hope the seller see where things went wrong to prevent anyone else having to go thru what I had to
