This has been the worst customer experience I have had in a long while. I purchased a monokini from them, it was the first time ordering with them and at first I was hesitant, but I thought why not give them a shot. They failed miserably. My order was never confirmed within the 2 business days like their terms had said it would be. I contacted them about 4 times, and no one took the time to get back to me to let me know what was going on. I eventually got fed up and tried to go back on my profile to cancel the order. Also, I needed it within 2 weeks, giving them ample time to fulfill the order.... A month later still nothing. So that's why I decided to cancel.
Of course! That didn't go through, I got the order in about 6 weeks.
The item was cheap and not worth the whopping $96.00 that it was sold for. I still have it in the bag. I wanted to send it back and get a full refund. But I thought, giving the trouble I had to receive the item... I may as well just count this purchase as a loss. Don't ever shop with them!!! They suck at customer service, their items are over priced and they don't care about new customers and do not get back to you with any questions or concerns.
Use another website. Promise you. I'm saving you a headache.

This is my second time ordering from fiercesimplicity.com. Just received my sheer mesh monokini and I must say I am very happy. I was nervous it wouldn't fit right and needed it for a last minute vacation. They sent me two swimsuits one in size small and one in medium with a return postage so that way we could expedite the process and I'd have the suit on time. This monokini made my trip all the better.
