Review: There was a car accident and [redacted] chose Fiero Collsion.

They were demanding the deductible.

When I didn't have the $1,000 to pay.

This is not a fair business practice.

The bill was over $9,000.

[redacted] asked them to repair everything even though I wasn't agreeing to fix everything.

I was duped into signing their paper.

Now they are demanding $750 and $49 per day since February [redacted].

They are acting like jerks. Al called Michael from [redacted] a piece of [redacted] two times.

The one star rating on [redacted] will stay up until they agreet to give me back my Hyundai Elantra.

Al Fiero is the owner.

He is not being a very good business owner with his refusing to return my car.

He should agree to a billing agreement or a payment plan.Desired Settlement: To agree to return my car.

Hello the business has been in default. I accept them selling the car and giving the Plaza the money and themselves the $ for the repair and storage.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
