I am rejecting this response because: MY housegood were damage by the worker neglect, by the the worker of this company, Its their liability to replace or repair what was damafge. Its plan a simiple process. Accountability, responsibility  for actions on their part to the damage of property that was damage. He has acknowledge that the property was damage, but yet to do something or replacment of equal value or close to because of depreciation. This is just plan WRONG. He has seen damage and has even said to me that he would do everything too make this right. Yet he has said something about a 50in TV no regards about the other damage to my wife dresser. the drawer do even line up and kind of chips where it was bump. My furniture enter his truck by his employee in PERFECT condition, and exit his truck by his employee, DAMAGE by his employee. The liability is to this company SHAPKOFF. This is plan as anything can get. and yet nothing from this company to replace the damage of my household furniture. This company KNOW for a fact that it should replace or repair any damage received on their part. Its like having liability insurance just in case of a situation such as this.. This is a company who has employees and if they could speak, they would say it was our fault !

This is in response to the complaint from Mr. [redacted] We did move him as a local move on 25 Jan 2016. There was damage to his floor model TV that we offered to replace with a 50 inch LED TV and he refused.The chair and dresser were also damaged we set up a time and date with the repair man and...

Mr.[redacted]  and he was unwilling to cooperate and wouldn’t return his calls or let him in his home.We admitted to the damage and tried to get it all taken care of but he was unwilling.He was very belligerent and used profanity at our claims person.Mr.[redacted] was just unwilling to work with us on getting all of this fixed.Thank You [redacted]

Unless this customer provides the make and model of the TV and agrees to our repair person making repairs, we can not offer anything additional. He did not pay for insurance and we did not have to make any offer to settle. I told him we would deal with this our guys made a mistake. When he wishes to act reasonable we will act accordingly.
