Fiesta Cell Reviews (3)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was advised that "this is a good car, nothing is mechanically wrong with it". Enclosed is the report from [redacted] indicating Crown Autos was advised of the issues of the car before I purchased the auto (the car had Illinois inspection stickers that expired in 2014). I was advised by Ahmad (Eddie) to obtain an "extended warranty with Preferred Warranties Inc., drive the car for a few months and file a claim to have the warranty company pay for the engine repair", the warranty company has been advised of this abuse. I was told by the mechanic at Crown Autos that he had advised Ahmad that "he has no idea what the cause of the battery drainage is" before I purchased the auto. Ahmad has mentioned over and over that he would fix the car, but it's been in the same spot (in line with other cars that are for sale on the lot) as of 10/7/14. Enclosed is the contract with the bank (American Credit Acceptance LLC), they have advised me on two occasions that the contract has been cancelled and that they never received in funds from Crown Auto. The sales associate at Crown Auto advised the bank a few days after the purchase that "the customer is not happy", this statement halted all negotiations with the bank and Ahmad expressed being upset a great deal with the sale associate in my presence. There is no other contract that exist between myself and Crown Auto at this time. In reference to the statement "exchange the car within the same price", this is false, because I honestly didn't/don't want any auto from this dealer. Once the enclosed report came back indicating a fault in the engine, Ahmad showed me two cars that was close to the $4,000, one was junk and not wanted (2001 Mercedes), the second one (1998 Lexus), I test drove this auto and came back the next day 9/29 to finalize the deal, but I was told that someone else put $500 down on the Lexus. This same car is still on the lot as of 10/7/14. Mr. [redacted] , is false in his statements, he will not answer my calls, and hides in the office/garage whenever I come by to talk. I continue to deal with the middle man (sales associate) who advised me to file this claim, also advise me to contact the attorney general, and was also the key person in getting the only contract I signed cancelled by the bank. Of course the sales associate advise me that if I mentioned him making these suggestions he would reply "I'll deny it". Please help me resolve this matter ASAP, I am without an auto and need to get back and forth to work to provide for my family. Mr. [redacted] is not running a trust worthy business and clients are not "first priority" Regards, [redacted]

I Ahmad [redacted] the General Manager of Crown Autos affirm that Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2003 BMW 745i, we advised that the vehicle had some issues even he purchased it AS-IS without warranty.  We did our best to fix the issues and our goal is to make our customers happy.  We bought a new...

battery and took it also to the BMW dealership ([redacted]) and we paid for the inspection fee. We told him that we can fix it for him or we can exchange the car within the same price range and also Mr. [redacted] supposed to cooperate with us to finish his finance process if he decides to exchange the car.  Finally, he is under contract but with good faith we are tying to fix the issue within a reasonable matter.
We believe if Mr. [redacted] doesn't want to exchange the vehicle and he already used the vehicle for a certain amount of miles, he knows from teh beginning that the deposit is not refunable and that is our internal policy.  Also he signed the spot delivery document and the warranty waiver and since he bought a used vehicle he could abuse the car and some water damage the batter or the electric system.  We believe that we were more than fair and we gave the options that most used dealerships will not offer.
Our first priority is to satisfy our clients without hurting the company.  Sorry about the inconvenience and looking forward to hearing from you.
Ahmad [redacted], General Manager
