In response to the incident number in subject field, Fiesta Foods handled with customer in an appropriate time frame considering the circumstances and size of our company.? ? the reason the reason I will check in this response is because it was not handled in a timely matter considering the size of your company excuse me I contacted the store immediately after it happened that the supervisor or lose Luz did not forward my complaint on to the manager and next day I had to contact the store the next day and talk to a manager named Tony who informed me that he would handle this and somebody would contact me within 24 hours no response again so I had to contact the store then I was informed that the manager will be back in Monday Luis waited for that no contact contacted the store was told he was on vacation I supposed to be a manager that can handle this case no response I went on to the website and emailed you several times about this incident not one response was give it sent to me by email then once I was contacted by a manager they said that they would be in contact with me and I'm the one that had to contact them. I've had to contact and a different store to get some of these respond to me and finally a gentleman from the loss prevention from the Hermiston store Avila contact me I'm not a thief I was hurt due to negligence of Fiesta Foods. And I'm not satisfied for what the outcome of it was no give or take there was nothing all you did was pay for my dental bill. I contacted two lawyers and was told that pain and suffering and reimbursement for losing a permanent tooth should be involved and I should work with the store so that I wouldn't have to pay the lawyer part of the settlement there was no working with the store I was bullied into taking that there was no way we could pay you a little bit for a losing a tooth there was will just pay for the dental bill that's it not even my lost wages from when I was my mouth hurts so bad because of the pain right after it happened nothing so I believe that I'm entitled to that end yes I was I signed a paper saying that I was being paid $1,088 for the reimbursement of the dental bills nothing on my part for pain and suffering or anything else in that I won't contact the store again and that was just plain being bullied I sent a picture to you showing the size of the chicken bone and the day it happened and you can see parts of my filling that was in my tooth that you can't see parts of my tooth because of the color of the sour cream so I believe I should be entitled to that and I can pursue it with the lawyer still but I don't want to I believe I've heard that Mr Craig [redacted] is a fair man and I don't think I should be contacted by loss prevention I'm not a thief I didn't make this up and I would like to have a response back to this thank youComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] ***
