Based on our review of the information provided and our file on this matter we must stand by our insurance company’s decision to deny this claimSpinx is
not in a position to undermine the authority of our insurance company and support the decision that has been made regarding this claim
We understand this is not the desired outcome of the consumer; however we must be consistent in response to matters that have been sent to our insurance companyAs a goodwill gesture for your inconvenience we are willing to offer a $*** Spinx gift card, good at any of our locationsThis decision is solely intended as a good will gesture on behalf of The Spinx Company, and in no way is an admission of negligence or fault

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint. Our receipt of this complaint is the first notice we have received from the consumer with this issue. We have an internal procedure for handling claims such as this. The consumers information has been forwarded to our Risk Management...

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by Spinx in reference to my complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is adequate to me.  While it does not cover the entire cost of the repair, it is the only option I have been given since the incident.
