My name is [redacted] and I am responding to complaint ID # [redacted] We Fiesta Max Events Center will only be refunding [redacted] $which is hers that was left over from the security depositNo other refund or exchange will be given Mrs [redacted] complaints: 1) Security Deposit of $ [redacted] On 8/17/at 1:pm, Client was aware and received a text (picture # in spanish)from Fiesta Max stating "from the deposit the charge is $We are returning to you $150." Client was aware the charge for $was for the extra hour she stayed past contract time to pay employees overtimeclient left at 1:amcontract finished at am(stated on contract copy provided on top right hand corner)client responded to text (in spanish)at 1:pm saying "ok I left my contract in the room I am only going to pick it up and the money its ok I have an appointment tomorrow and later I will let you know what happened." later [redacted] explained she left her photographer contract in a folder in her roomThe client will not get the $backonly $that was leftplease have client [redacted] email me at [email protected] with her current address that she would like us to send her check to 2) China ware (cristaleria) [redacted] (picture # 3)On 6/13/client received a text from Fiesta Max with a picture at 6:pm showing how her tables will be set upat 6:pm she received another text (in spanish)stating "this is how all your tables will be set up but with the color you picked"client responds ONLY asking/regarding the color picture # is a continued text were at 6:pm client was told again "remember I told you I do not carry the color here at the hall, its the same set up that will be on your tables but of course the color will be different"picture # was taken the day of her event showing tables set up & on contract china ware was specifying table set upClient signed bottom of contract agreeing 3) Parking [redacted] No where on the contract does it say how many parking spaces there isContract only says "FREE PARKING"Fiesta Max does not charge clients for parking spaces, so it is freeParking lot was NOT closedpicture #shows her guest parking in the parking lot with a lot of parking spaces around the whole building availabletime stamp on # picture is 8/13/8:pm there is no way her guests parked in the street because there is no parking allowed on the street it is illegalNext picture shows sign on street saying no parking There is NO problemI apologize if [redacted] is upset, but there is no reason to be upsetthe contract was honored and contract was completedas a reminder the contract was signed by [redacted] and fiesta Max on 10/10/copy of contract has been provided and client was given her own copy on the day contract was signed [redacted] s ID copy has been attached to email to show that ID and contract has the same signaturesignature is very different on Revdex.com form

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.no estoy de acuerdo con todo lo que dice porque desde el 8/17/ella quedó formal que iba a enviar un cheque y a la fecha de hoy no he recibido nada los parkings no son de ella son de donde dan clases a niños al costado de su local pero eso selo dejo a Dios y su conciencia porque lo malo que hacemos los pagamos yo hasta me caí el día del evento porque ella me estaba gritando que ya casi eran las doce y que si no me iba a descontar sus empleados se dieron cuenta de eso y no es cierto que me salí a la una ala una yo ya estaba llegando ami casa y no es cierto que sentó la China como dice sentó solo para cinco personas en una mesa que era para diez personas es una persona muy mala pero que me la bendiga y voy a orar por ella para que Dios la perdone

Deposit of $400.          * On 8/17/16 at 1:01 pm, Client was aware and received a text (picture # 2 in spanish)from Fiesta Max stating "from the deposit the charge is $250. We are returning to you $150."  Client was aware the charge for $250 was for the extra hour she stayed past contract time to pay employees overtime. client left at 1:09 am. contract finished at 12 am. (stated on contract copy provided on top right hand corner). client responded to text (in spanish)at 1:03 pm saying "ok I left my contract in the room I am only going to pick it up and the money its ok I have an appointment tomorrow and later I will let you know what happened." later [redacted] explained she left her photographer contract in a folder in her room. The client will not get the $400 back. only $150 that was left. please have client [redacted] email me at [email protected] with her current address that she would like us to send her check to.   2) China ware (cristaleria)          * (picture # 3)On 6/13/16 client received a text from Fiesta Max with a picture at 6:17 pm showing how her tables will be set up. at 6:18 pm she received another text (in spanish)stating "this is how all your tables will be set up but with the color you picked". client responds ONLY asking/regarding the color.  picture # 4 is a continued text were at 6:23 pm client was told again "remember I told you I do not carry the color here at the hall, its the same set up that will be on your tables but of course the color will be different". picture # 5 was taken the day of her event showing tables set up & on contract china ware was specifying table set up. Client signed bottom of contract agreeing.    3) Parking          * No where on the contract does it say how many parking spaces there is. Contract only says "FREE PARKING". Fiesta Max does not charge clients for parking spaces, so it is free. Parking lot was NOT closed. picture #6 shows her guest parking in the parking lot with a lot of parking spaces around the whole building available. time stamp on # 6 picture is 8/13/16 8:20 pm.  there is no way her guests parked in the street because there is no parking allowed on the street it is illegal. Next picture shows sign on street saying no parking.      There is NO problem. I apologize if [redacted] is upset, but there is no reason to be upset. the contract was honored and contract was completed. as a reminder the contract was signed by [redacted] and fiesta Max on 10/10/15. copy of contract has been provided and client was given her own copy on the day contract was signed.   [redacted]s ID copy has been attached to email to show that ID and contract has the same signature. signature is very different on Revdex.com form.
