pools.  liner was installed to customer satisfaction and fiesta was paid another      $3,000.00 with the understanding that when fall came and we would install, for free the winter safety cover the balance of $600.00 would be paid. the cover was installed approx. 10/20-10/22, and fiesta has not received the contract balance of $600.00. the repairing of step was NOT in contract, there was never agreed upon price of cost of repair, never a work order so fiesta pools did not do repair.  thank you for your time

Review: May 23rd, 2015 I ordered a pool liner, a winter cover and requested our pool steps be repaired. I was told it would be installed in approx. 2-3 weeks. The weather was rainy in June so I didn't expect it to be done then. I also never received any phone calls as to why the hold up. July came and went I made a couple calls to Fiesta Pools the young man answering the phone said he had given "Matt" the messages that I called. Finally Aug. 5th. I got the pool liner installed but the steps were not repaired, he said the winter cover would be in the next week. Matt said he needed to order a kit to fix it and it would be in the next week. Steps were not fixed the next week, no winter cover.. My pool continued to lose water I had to keep filling it with my garden hose. No return phone calls from Fiesta. Last Tuesday, Oct 13. I got a call they would bring the cover that week but couldn't fix the steps as the weather is too cold. Today is Oct 21, 5 months since I ordered a winter cover. Already had snow in Erie and my pool has no cover. Steps were never fixed. I paid by check for the liner and part of the cover when the liner was installed. I was to pay the balance upon delivery. I have done my part, but I can't get a return call from them. I have been patient. I have not been angry until two weeks ago I left a message saying I had had enough. I left another message today. What can I doIDesired Settlement: I want my pool liner delivered and installed, I want my steps fixed next spring before I open the pool and I do expect some kind of compensation for product not being delivered in a timely manner. An apology would be nice too.
