I will present this review in the form of "questions", allowing anyone to come to their own logical conclusionsThe job which Fiesta Tile did for me yielded a very good result, but how we arrived there was certainly interesting QIs it a good idea to begin any work with ONLY an unsigned proposal? QIf workers spend minutes at your home, leave to get supplies, and NEVER come back that day, is that a good work ethic? QIf a supervisor is told that his people abandoned a job for an ENTIRE work day, would an apology be in order? QIf a client is told repeatedly that his concerns will be addressed, and he will get a call-back with a solution, but that call DOESN'T happen, is that a good work ethic? QIf a client is told he'll get a call regarding a start time, and that call also NEVER happens, is that good work ethic? QIf the job changes direction/scope midstream, causing a new job cost, and NO new paperwork is generated, is that a good business practice? QIf a foreman tells you how much experience he has, and it turns out that one of the materials' quantity has to be QUADRUPLED on a MOMENTS notice, do you still have a happy client? QWhen the time comes to settle finances, and the company rep with whom you've been dealing with comes to the site to collect, and leaves without EVEN LOOKING at the job he just managed, would you be wise to do business again with them? While I understand that a customer has his own level of responsibility to see that a job is performed as contractedif communication is PROMISED, but proves to be UNRELIABLE, the customer is left with nothing but educated "guesses" and is not unlike a flag flapping in the wind, barely hanging onto its rope

Q. If workers spend 30 minutes at your home, leave to get supplies, and NEVER come back that day, is that a good work ethic?
