On March 18, I was invited to to a water demonstration for Mr***After the presentation, the client worked me rigorously regarding priceI typically do not drop my price this low however I could tell he really wanted the systemThe last thing I discuss during my demonstration is the lifetime warranty and a hour right to cancel after install I typically do not go below $2,He said he would "buy right now at $out the door."We shook handsI did the install.I completed the sales invoice and received his paymentAt the bottom of the invoice, is the "Limited Lifetime Warranty"The last statement clearly states: "In accordance with Texas law, a hour right of reission shall be honored if presented in writing".He signed the credit card statement and we went our waySeveral weeks later, he called complaining about "TDS"I went to his house as I promise my customers I will grant free service callsI tested the water and it came out exactly to my specificationsIt is obvious that he is too late for his hour right of rescission", however I would be more than happy to service or warrant his system as per the agreement.Thank you for your consideration, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the vender lied about the productThe product has make the water quality worse than the tap waterIt is not what the vender described as drinkable and beneficial like Fiji water, instead it is high in chorine and ppmIt is hazardous toward the healthMy daughter has developed some health conditionsI strongly believed it may have caused by the waterLastly, he didn't make known to the customer only 72hours to return the product all he emphasized was lifetime worry free maintenanceHe just kept giving falseful information to deceive consumerHe doesn't even have any proper lab test resultHow could the business bureau allow such unethical business practice to continue? The are neighbors formal customer worried about the quality of the waterThey all sending in water for testingNo man in the right mind will believe chrorine level times higher than the tap water and 350ppm is still safe and beneficial like Fiji water to consume.
