We welcome the opportunity to respond to the complaint by Mrs*** regarding their purchase of a travel trailer from our company. The interest rate on their purchase was set by the Credit Union we were able to obtain financing through. We explained to the *** as we do to all of our
customers at the time of signing that all Interest Rates are subject to Approval of Credit (OAC). The *** were communicated with in detail about the entire process after we received the complaint and came back to re sign and have taken delivery of their travel trailer

We have reached out to the customer to try to have her bring her unit in to our service department so we can verify any of her concerns she might have. We have also contacted the manufacturer and they have tried to reach out to the customer. In order for us to do a thorough job we need
to go through our process of diagnosing her unit. Until we are able to diagnose the unit we can not discuss options for Ms***. If she would please contact John F* in our service department to schedule an apptwe would be more than willing to assist her with any and all of her issues

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I feel the agreement we reached (after months of trying to purchase this coach) was a nightmare Fife RV Center never delivered my coach on time as requested I asked for my money to be returned After involving an attorney to negotiate I ended up paying $to Fife RV Center to get the balance of my money returned plus I had to pay $to the attorney I will never do business with this company again!Sincerely,*** ***

We contacted Mrs*** to schedule an apptfor her unit to get serviced and had one scheduled for her this week. She then called back after speaking with the manufacturer and has chosen to have her unit serviced at another Keystone authorized repair facility. If there is any other
information or if we can be of any assistance please have her contact John F* at 253-284-6650. I have attached a copy of the Extended Service Contract they purchased as well as all of the disclosures

Mr*** has not contacted anyone at our dealership about the issues he is having with his unit. We did notice that he states he has been living in his unit for the past year and are not sure if some of the problems could be wear and tear on the unit. Without looking at his unit
though we have no way of verifying this information. We try to treat all of our customers with the utmost respect and handle any and all issues they might run across. We try to accommodate customers needs of when they need their unit when possible

I would like to reopen this because they never address the issue of them not fixing the 5th wheel They were suppose to fix the awnings and the lights and they awnings don't work right now and lights below are worse then when we took the 5th wheel into them. I want them to pay someone of my choice to have it fixed right and not by them since this is the 3rd time they have had it for these issues and can't fix it as of yet.I don't want them to touch my stuff again I want a person that knows what they are doing and it is not them

We would be willing to look at the *** RV and address any issues they may be having if they want to bring it into our service department. We will not be paying for any other service department to do any work nor will we pick up and deliver their unit to them. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have already purchased a power cord and battery and am getting the stove repaired and they never said anything to me about stolen parts and repairand they are lying about telling me that.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: *** After filing this claim I received a voicemail stating they would do the workI never talked with them as they stated, they received a call from my husbandThey never stated how this was going to be reimbursed which was part of my request (repairs at no cost to me or reimbursement)However since filing the claim, we had been in contact with Keystone trying to figure out how to get this taken care ofKeystone has advised us to not have the work done with Fife RV and they are going to back cover all work not done by Fife as they should have done.
I am rejecting this response because: The enclosed the extended warranty disclosure for the extended warranty on the trailer which we already have a copy of, however we had purchased a separate TIRE warranty, as the attached warranty does not cover tiresI have highlighted this in the attachment for review We have not received ANY copy of the separate TIRE warrantyAttached was a text response to our request stating they would get that to usWe have never received it despite a phone call before the text attached, several phone calls since, and a personal visit by myself to their sale department (at which time a written message was left for the representative that sold us the warranty at time of financing)STILL NO TIRE WARRANTY PAPERWORKThis means if we at any time have a problem we have no information as to where to make a claim if we are out in the trailer and something happenswe would literally be out of our pocketSince no paperwork was supplied I feel as if I was scammed!! Please provide paper work for tire Warranty or reimburse a fair market amountSincerely,

We have been in contact with Ms*** and have inspected her truck and had the body shop company that does all of our repairs inspect her truck. We have communicated their findings with Ms*** and will continue to work with her and our body shop company to have her truck repaired

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The Management at [redacted] was helping John to try to find a buyer for his RV so he could move to an apartment within their park.
The price of $6000.00 was quoted to me by them and John. He had no other options for selling his home.
I don't believe the statement about his being a previous customer.
If that were true, Fife RV needs to prove previous dealings with him, like a bill of sale.

We have been in consistent communication with Miss [redacted] regarding her trailer.  The propane tanks were filled, depending on how much LP she used she could have ran out of propane we have no idea though how much she used.  We have made a couple trips out to her location and addressed her...

concerns.  Typically we do not make service calls but made an exception in an effort of Goodwill to go out to Miss [redacted] location and perform the necessary repairs.

Unfortunately our copier and scanner does not pick up the handwriting on the form as it is a carbon copy form and it will not make a copy dark enough.  The contract number is [redacted] and the number to call if they ever have a claim is 1-888-628-8473.  I will make a copy of the form as dark as possible and drop it in the mail to the address we have on file for the [redacted]'s which is listed below.   [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  On Monday, April 25th, the General Manager Kevin W[redacted] said the coach would be ready.  This message was received by email.  I went up and drove the coach on Tuesday, April 26.  There were still many things that were not fixed and we reviewed these items.  I was told that they would be completed and ready on Thursday, April 28 to do the walk through (Pre-delivery inspection PDI).  Went up on Thursday and found that none of the items they had promised to complete were done.  They then said the items would be completed by 9 a.m. on Friday April 29th and to come up and finish the PDI at that time.  I went up on Friday for the appointment and found nothing was ready again.  Plus there was no water in the tank.  They filled the tank and when we turned on the various water related outlets, they ALL leaked (some leaking onto the floor of the coach).  Again I was put off and could not pick up my coach! I still don't have a time or date when this work will be complete so I can pick up my motorhome.   I have made MANY long trips to the FIFE RV CENTER dealership from Rainier at their request to pick up my coach.  How absolutely absurd is this?  I also heard several other clients complaining about lack of service and work not completed when promised!  I still don't know when my coach will be ready and this is really getting annoying.  I want my coach in good and safe operating condition and as promised back in JANUARY.  When will I get my coach????  Sincerely,[redacted]

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and he will be bringing his unit into our service facility for us to look at.  A few of the issues have been addressed over the phone and corrected the remaining issues will be addressed once we are able to look at his unit and see what is wrong.

The appointment was for Sept. 27th which was made with the phone call on the 21st of September.  As stated in the previous response please contact the Keystone Customer Service number as they will be able to help out with any of the issues with the trailer.

Attached is the Vehicle Buyers Order for Mr. [redacted] purchase of the 2006 [redacted] from our dealership.  I have also attached the Cashiers Check that he paid with at the time of purchase in December of 2013.

We have reached an agreement with Ms. [redacted] and resolved all outstanding issues.

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] this morning and have made an appointment for him to bring his unit in for service next week.
