FIFI Nail Salon and Spa

Review: I purchased a Groupon for $19.00 for basic manicure and pedicure. When I walked in I thought it was a cute small place. I sat down and the women started my pedicure. While I was getting my pedure done another women by the name of [redacted] sat down beside me to start my finger nails. As soon as [redacted] sat down my expirience turned for the worst. She was cutting my nails with the nail clipper so hard that my nails were burning so I asked her to be a little more gentle, she said she will file them instead which is fine with me. while she was filing my nails she was basically filing my skin and I was afraid to say anythign because ever since stepped into this salon I was being tortured because I had used a Groupon. While I was getting my nails done she kept mentioning that im paying for only a mani & pedi regular basic pedicure and that they charge $55 for their mani & Pedi's so I said ok thats not a bad price. They just kept on mentioning that basically because I purchased a groupon that I will not recieve the same service as I would if I paid full price. I ignored them and didnt pay any attention to it. [redacted] finishes painting my nails, I thought they looked good but then realize she never filed the extra nail shavings off so my nail polish was bumpy and had dust painted in it. I said excuse me but there seems to be dust painted onto my nails. [redacted] says to me oh thats because the nail polish I used was no good. I said can you please change it, she says no too bad the job is done I cannot change it. I said excuse me I would like you to change my nail polish. She said too bad nothing I can do. Then she proceeded to call me cheap because I purchased a groupon. So I asked for the manager she said no manager is here then some older women came over to me saying she was the manager and that she was [redacted] but every time I said are you sure your the manager? [redacted] would say no she's not the manager the manager is not here. The other women still continued to say that she is [redacted] and the reason why [redacted] is saying im not the manager is because I am not supposed to be here. I dont know who was lieing here [redacted] or this person that kept saying she was [redacted] the owner of this Nail Salon. In addition to this I am currently in a lot of pain, my fingers are burning from the way she handled my hands. This Nail Salon is a horrible Salon, ripping customers off and showing absolutely zero customer service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for my services paid to Fifi Nail Salon in the amount of $19.00.
