Sent it back to rep who says she no longer has my size ring to replace it with yet I can see the item on the website. Rep has now stopped communicating with me (has not responded to my emails for a week now). If she has no replacement, I want my money back.Desired SettlementI want the ring replaced and if they can't do that, I want a full refund.
