I needed to have a necklace repaired. I never received it back.
I was told to mail the necklace and they would repair it. I originally mailed it to Moose Jaw,SK. After a few weeks I emailed and asked about the status of the necklace. *** said it was repaired and mailed from the US office. I asked for a tracking number and *** said there wasn't one. They mailed it according to company policy and they have no control over the mail. It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received my necklace. I have no way of knowing if they truly mailed it or who they mailed it was to.
I would like a replacement.
Our USA office has been in touch with the customer. Last contact we explained that the repaired item was shipped. We have not heard back from the customer until your involvement was requested.
The item in question was last sold in June of 2009. That makes this piece almost 9 years old and we do not produce it anymore.
We will wait to hear from the customer
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It is not true that they haven't heard from me. I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of concern . And their handling of the situation. Not even a apology. Just shifted the blame on the post office. ***
I understand that they don't produce it anymore, but they could make some effort to compensate for it.
The information request was completed on line shortly after the complaint was received.

At any rate the parcel was recently returned to the USA office by USPS. It has been resent to the customer in California.
